Been to many places and this was by far the best massage of all time. It's in a home, but has a clean and professional space. She was so strong I almost had to say something. Was told $80 over the phone and charged $90 and didn't care. Still left a $20 tip. Highly recommend. read more

Haven't been back. Not sure what's going on there but it doesn't seem like a therapeutic massage place for and older woman; it almost seemed like they tried to make sure I never came back. I've been to dozens of massage therapists in my life including at massage colleges and while some weren't as good as others, I've never felt compelled to complain before, ever. Went to see Lily for messages after a long day of hiking, but no Lily just Linda , my neck and shoulders hurt more afterwards than before, was supposed to be full body but she seemed to only concentrate on my neck and shoulders , very little hands are feet ?? I have been in Sequim for almost 3 years. Hadn't had a massage since I got here and was in great need. There are several other massage places, but I loved that this was located in an old house. The place is clean and smelled of essential oil. When Lily brought me back she asked what needed the most work. I said for sure my back. I am very active and walk about 5-6 miles a day. Even tho I try and stretch after,it's never enough. My back had been sore for several weeks. She worked on my back for at least 30 minutes. She really works a lot of knots on my lower back and hips. Then she proceeded to my thighs. I had no idea how tight I was all over. When she was done she said I might be sore today and also gave me a bottle of water. Well, I'm not sore at all today and I feel like she worked out a lot of knots. I highly recommend this place. I will get my husband in next week and I plan on going regularly. read more

I am SO thankful to have found Lily. I have been going to her once a month for a 90 minute deep tissue massage for the last year and a half. I have Scoliosis, Osteoporosis, Osteoarthritis, and a screwed up neck from an auto accident when I was 19 years old.( I'm 71 now). I had lots of chronic neck and back pain. And regardless of all that I try to stay active, hiking and biking. My pain went from a Chronic 7-9 to almost nothing. I just finished having a 90 minute Swedish massage as a first time customer. Very convenient location in Sequim, convenient hours, easy scheduling. I was turned off by the smell of bleach on the sheets and business. I know bleach indicates the linens are very clean but I disliked the smell. It would have been better if staff offered a scented massage oil to cover the bleach smell. During my massage, my therapist asked if she could answer her phone. I think this is an owner run business where the only worker is the owner, not having an employee to answer the phone or schedule appointments is a detriment. I've had many massages and have never had someone take a phone call, it disrupted my relaxation. The massage was fine, not the best I've ever experienced but if a massage is really needed you can get scheduled quickly. We don't have many options for massage in Sequim, and if you don't want to drive far, Lily and Lotus will do. read more

I was supposed to have a massage with Lily (first time for me). When I arrived, a harried woman motioned for me to go into the massage room and then left me there. When she returned, there was no conversation about what I needed, what kind of massage I preferred, or even a greeting. It was a very strange and alienating experience. After a few minutes of some kind of "massage" that was hurting me, I attempted to talk to her, and then realized that this person spoke no English and clearly wasn't Lily! I decided to get off the massage table. It was very awkward and uncomfortable, standing up with a sheet wrapped around me. The "massage" person called Lily, who spoke with me and said she'd be over in two minutes. At that point, I just wanted to leave. I had to be very, very assertive to get her to leave the room so that I could get dressed. Later, the real Lily texted me to say she was sorry and to offer a free massage. Her apology did not make it clear that she understood what the problem was. Maybe this was an off day, but very off. read more
