This was the worst taxi service I have ever experienced. I was having a medical procedure performed…read morethat required either a friend/family or medical transportation service to & from the medical center on 1/20/22. With the COVID environment and no friends/family available to take an entire afternoon out of their schedule to assist me, I utilized the medical transport service, Beyond Ride, recommended in the preparation documentation I received from the medical facility. Not only did they charge easily triple what a normal taxi service would charge, they were late, unprofessional on the phone and in person, and the mini-van that arrived was disgustingly dirty and packed full of items that clogged up all but one small area of the seat I was to sit in. Had I been handicapped in any way, there is no way I could have entered the van; as it was I had to step high to get footing in (there was no sideboard to step on) and bend at almost 90 degrees to enter the small space. There was a co-worker in the front seat, with bags and lots of "stuff" surrounding him and the driver and in between their seats. Then there was her driving. Not only was she late arriving which put me in the awkward position of notifying the medical center that I would be late, but her driving was dangerous and inattentive. Her attempts to chit-chat during the drive to and from the procedure were futile since the vehicle was so incredibly noisy, with a rattle in the back that sounded like the rear window or door was open, that I couldn't even understand what she was saying. I am horrified that others with serious medical handicaps have been relegated to using this service. The day after the procedure I tried to contact the company via website messaging and via email, and then 2 days following, to no avail. I am in the process of notifying the medical center where my procedure was done so they can, hopefully, remove this service from their documentation for future patients. Horrible. Absolutely horrible.

Both times, after they dropped her off, the driver Alfred gave us his cell phone number and said to call if we want to change the pickup time. The most recent time, we had a really bad bathroom emergency happen, including puking, and we called the driver Alfred. He immediately rushed over from where he was and provided incredible assistance. He brought the right equipment to transfer a disabled person and he even stopped at the store to pickup adult diapers. We were so grateful to him for helping out and being super friendly and cheerful the whole time. I can wholeheartedly recommend these guys based on my family's experiences.

DO NOT USE AAGCab Service!!! I booked a travel appointment nearly a week in advance for pickup…read moreservice for my mother who uses a wheelchair. I booked the pickup time 1.45 minutes ahead of when my mother needed to arrive for her activity. I talked to the scheduler to express emphatically that the appointment was very important to my mother, and she needed to arrive on time. I was assured that the driver would arrive timely. I paid in advance for Roundtrip Service. I received a call from the Driver, 2.1/2 hours before the scheduled pickup to confirm that he would arrive on time. At the appointed pickup time NO DRIVER! I called AAGCab dispatch to be informed that the driver would arrive "in about 15-20 minutes." What!? The dispatch representative stated the driver was stuck in N/B traffic. Drivers in this area have been warned for OVER 3-MONTHS that N/B traffic for, 5-MONTHS would be difficult because of lane closures. Why is the Driver stuck in N/B traffic, when the Main Office is only 15 mins from our pickup location??!!!! Needless to say, I am extremely disappointed in the service provided by AAGCab Services. I am fortunate to have a car - I cancelled the pickup and return appointments and drove my mother to and from her event. It is EXTREMELY difficult to get my mother - who uses a wheelchair and has limited movement into my car. I was excited to possibly have a service that could be relied on to use for her future travel needs, AAGCab Service is not that company! It is not acceptable to inform the waiting paid customer, who received a call confirmation 2.1/2 hours before the appointment that the driver is stuck in traffic for a well-known congested traffic area! AAGCab Service must understand that individuals with disabilities and their families need to be respected. INDIVIDUALS WITH a DISABILTY DO NOT HAVE A LOT OF CHOICES. They TRUST THAT PAID services will arrive ON TIME!! I will be filing complaints with the BBB and the Washington State Taxi Licensing entity about the failure of AAGCab Service Group to meet their obligation to a person with a disability and a paid customer who paid in advance for services. I will be requesting a FULL REFUND! It is NOT OKAY to treat people with a disability in this manner. EVERYONE deserves respect that AAGCab did not afford my mother or my family. I am very, very concerned about this company and business practices. This is not the first review to reflect this concern. I should have paid attention to earlier reviews, while they are several years old, know that AAGCab Service continues to provide poor customer service in 2026!
