On a beautiful early Sunday morning, Mike and Sophia met us at the Coronado Ferry Landing to capture video footage of our family. I'm not the most comfortable person in front of a camera, but they both put me at ease. Under their guidance and direction, my self-consciousness faded, which lead to some amazing footage. I went to see Dr. Deayarman and he prescribed me Propecia, telling me how great it is and telling me I "might regret it" if I didn't try it. He gave me no warnings about its real dangers, and I have been irreparably damaged by it. During the course of my lawsuit against Dr. DeYarman, I discovered that he was concluding his second bankruptcy, doesn't carry malpractice insurance, and was placed on probation for five years in 1999 for "gross negligence." Due to my interaction with Dr. DeYarman, the CA Attorney General's office is currently pursuing an action against him. The three bases for discipline are as follows: Repeated Negligent Acts, Lack of Knowledge, Inadequate Medical Record Keeping.
