We sent a resident's hearing aid in for repairs and the bill was outrageous. No courtesy phone call was made to let us know the cost before sending the hearing aid in for repairs. Before you send someone a 455.00 bill I think a phone call is in order. And when I called to get an explanation as to why we weren't notified about the amount of the repair the receptionist was extremely rude. We will not be recommending this business. read more
