We had them come out to look at our sewer system. They put in a new septic tank before talking to us. They then took it back out and billed us for the input and removal of a septic tank we didn't even agree to. I paid the bill in full, but feel I paid for their mistake. I have never written a yelp review for anything, but think people need to know that this company doesn't pay for their screw ups. P Spear Ranch Ree Heights, SD read more

Terrible customer service. Our main has been cracked and clogged for over a month. They came and dug a couple holes but couldn't find the main. They just left and said they'd be back but never showed up. Finally called 10 days later and they sent someone over only to tell us they'd be back the next day and still haven't seen them. read more

When I called to ask about my bill I was informed they begin charging you once the service man leaves the previous job. Plus I had to wait because service man had a flat tire on his way to my house. I was charged for him to change his tire before he arrived and did a 30 min job. Was billed for a 2 hour job and they still did not do a good job on my sink.
