Stay away from this company! They charged me double what I was originally quoted it would be by them. I was VERY disappointed with how the billing was handled. When I called to ask about my bill I was informed they begin charging you once the service man leaves the previous job. Plus I had to wait because service man had a flat tire on his way to my house. I was charged for him to change his tire before he arrived and did a 30 min job. Was billed for a 2 hour job and they still did not do a good job on my sink. read more

I had an emergency plumbing problem, and called this company to come out. Now I live 50 miles from them, so I understand there's going to be some travel charges involved. However, they charged me $80 an hour plus $1 a mile. The total travel charges were $240, and the repair itself was $86. In my opinion, you can charge an hourly rate or mileage, but to charge both is cheating your customer. That's all there is to it, pure greed. Leaky pipes cannot be planned for the one day a week this company is willing to not charge a travel fee. I essentially paid for this employees entire day, for a 20-minute repair. I had no issue with the quality of their work, but to charge three times the repair cost, just to drive back and forth, in my opinion really speaks to this company's moral ethics, or more specifically lack of.
