I can't state enough how nice they were, how professional they were, and how unobtrusive they were. We actually got comments about how nice it was to have photogs that didn't push people around or exercise the "photographer's right" to disrupt important things for the sake of a picture. They took over 1500 pictures (we decided to do digital) and they've just been great to work with. It was also really nice to have the two photographers there (really, for the price of one). We haven't seen the pictures yet (it's only 2 days after the wedding) but we love the stuff that they did before, and we let them "do their thing" so it should be great. Highly recommend them. So it should be a 5-star review, yes? Well. . . What happened was not their fault, exactly. There was some kind of technical failure with one of the cameras. While a lot of the pictures turned out good-to-great, there were some VERY important ones (like the formal shots of my side of the family) that were completely blurry (or, rather, focused on one side and blurry on the other...it was very much an equipment error). Cue bridal tears. I have not a single formal picture of my family and I only (well, maybe) get married once. It was really heartbreaking. We contacted them about the problem, and they did offer us *some* sort of compensation (I think it was a free photo book or something), but it really didn't go far enough. Also: We had to contact *them* about the issue. Even though they went through and edited the pictures, they didn't tell us about the failure--they just didn't include those pictures at all. When I asked where they were (because we had a shot list and I knew we had taken them) then they explained what had happened. I understand that stuff happens and they were still great to work with, but it was truly disappointing in that small area. I should also say that this was in 2006--so they would presumably have more experience and better equipment now.

I have worked with a lot of photographers and dealt with the good, the bad and the ugly. Justin and Crissy were none of the good nor bad, definitely good! The Graddy team was both professional and fun to work with. We had seven adults, four young children and one dog to deal for them to handle. Our family opted for outdoor pictures and the cold proved... cold for the children! Justin and Crissy worked right through a few tears, naps needed and a dog noticing everything running around the park. Despite the hard moments and uncooperative kids, the pictures Justin took were fantastic! He got all the pictures we requested, as well as his own ideas. To top things off, we received our CD of pictures WITHIN a week, even with it being a short Holiday week! And to me, that is definitely worth the 5 stars!

He was irritable and rude to the guests who was waiting in line. If this was my wedding it would upset me. Either you're employees are not properly trained On giving great customer service. When you are the operator of something fun be more engaging. Yelling at the guests, because you don't like the way they handle the props is unacceptable. I witnessed all this while waiting in line. Someone even made the comment to him to smile. Your employees needs more training on customer care.

(We live in SF, CA, yet were planning a wedding in WI). He showed up on time and stayed late since the party was still going. He was flexible with my demand for no requests and then later changing my mind and allowing it. He introduced our party and was cool with add one for a few people I forgot. We only met once right after I got engaged and I knew she was the gal for me. After a short conversation I felt very comfortable that she knew exactly what I was looking for. She gave me all kinds of great tips and recommendations. Because of the venue I got married at, there was no dressing area for me to hide in, so I didn't arrive at the wedding until it was time to walk down the aisle. I hadn't seen the venue decorated until then. I could not stop looking around. She made my wedding more beautiful than I imagined it would. If she was stressed out, it didn't show. Every time she talked to me she was as cool as a cucumber. I can't sing her praises enough!

The reception area is a little smaller especially if you have a bigger group since the tables take up a lot of space. You really could make it your own with the decor you want. The windows are huge so you really do not need much with the nice views. So many areas to take pics, fountains are a nice touch. I appreciate the patio area. I would love to come here just to take pictures! The golden hour is really amazing here! Not a ton of parking though so I'm not sure what they do for a bigger wedding.

The outdoor ceremony area was also great, with benches set up, a beautiful gate for the married couple to walk in through, etc. The staff were super atttentive and friendly. My only gripe was that they did not seem well equipped to handle super cold weather (there were some blankets) but the ceremony was super chilly and I wish the heat was turned on more in the dining area.
