Absolutley appalling customer service. If you book a clean, do not expect anyone to turn up, or even a phone call to inform that the service isn't happening. Also, dont expect Oliver to ever pick up the phone, or return voicemail messages. Don't even trust him to arrive if you re-book the appointment for another date either. I bought a window wash, gutter clean, facia wash etc etc from Living Social, and booked in an appointment well in advance, for a Friday afternoon. Having left work early, I was dismayed that Oliver did not arrive at my house. After calling several times and leaving voicemails to see if he was going to arrive, I eventually got through and was told he was stuck at a job because he had locked himself out of a van. I gave him the benefit of the doubt at the time as he seemed apologetic and said he would call that afternoon to rebook a date. No such call was made to me. I then tried several times to rebook, only successfully getting through to Oliver when I used my husbands phone, as he did not seem to want to answer to my number. I rebooked an appointment for a Friday afternoon a few weeks later, and once again got left in the lurch. Nobody turned up, nobody called to expain why, and no attempt was made to return my calls. That's two Friday afternoons taken off work completely wasted. I wish I could properly rate this business after experiencing their service but unfortunately I bought a voucher on a promotional offer for their window cleaning and they never turned up on the day, have not responded to emails and I am very unhappy with their broken promises. Prove me wrong Olivers and I will be very happy to give you a real review. read more

Booked 4 times but did not turn up. No contact to say not coming. Impossible to contact by phone and does not reply to voicemail messages. Never experienced such poor customer service.! read more

I wish I had read the earlier review before booking a living social voucher with Olivers windows. Exactly the same thing happened to me. He booked me in and then didn't turn up. I booked him again and yes you guessed it...he didn't turn up and would not supply a contact number so I couldn't get in touch. I then cancelled the living social voucher and he got in touch saying he had been having troubles and was able to come on another date which I agreed but again he didn't turn up. I don't really know what kind of customer service to call this, possibly 'The worst kind'. I will go on recommendations from now on rather than an attractive deal that was very disappointing read more

Pity you can't leave nil stars. My experience exactly the same. Living Social deal, had to e-mail him not ring. He e-mailed me back and said what about 11.30am yesterday (Tuesday 16 June), wrote back agreeing to the time giving my full address AND phone number and, as I am disabled, asking that if he was going to be late would he PLEASE call me. Well, I'm still waiting. Like the other reviewer it was impossible to contact him on the mobile number (from his web site) answer phone permanently on, and, also on his web site is a landline number. This is discontinued. Needless to say I have reported this to Living Social and been refunded the money, but to anyone else out there, avoid like the plague. read more
