Absolutley appalling customer service.
If you book a clean, do not expect anyone to turn up, or even a phone call to inform that the service isn't happening.
Also, dont expect Oliver to ever pick up the phone, or return voicemail messages.
Don't even trust him to arrive if you re-book the appointment for another date either.
I bought a window wash, gutter clean, facia wash etc etc from Living Social, and booked in an appointment well in advance, for a Friday afternoon.
Having left work early, I was dismayed that Oliver did not arrive at my house. After calling several times and leaving voicemails to see if he was going to arrive, I eventually got through and was told he was stuck at a job because he had locked himself out of a van. I gave him the benefit of the doubt at the time as he seemed apologetic and said he would call that afternoon to rebook a date. No such call was made to me.
I then tried several times to rebook, only successfully getting through to Oliver when I used my husbands phone, as he did not seem to want to answer to my number. I rebooked an appointment for a Friday afternoon a few weeks later, and once again got left in the lurch. Nobody turned up, nobody called to expain why, and no attempt was made to return my calls.
That's two Friday afternoons taken off work completely wasted.
Appalling customer service, particularly when the customer had already paid upfront, and also has been previously inconvenienced. read more
