After the tax rush was over, we met again and this time we talked for a while about my financial situation, my business goals and how to best structure my business and plan for the future. I know that was the issue because I also had the same issue with my own return. and one of the agents had figured out a work around to get it to me. We worked with an agent to process our taxes online because we could not come in personally due to a disability and illness but over that time period, I had agents from other offices and even the main H&R Block customer service where they were escalating the issue and still nothing was done.
