This is a unique diner in a small town along the coast of Denmark. Fortunately for us, they had a…read moremenu in English for us to use. We could pick any open table we wanted, inside or on the big front patio. They had several different burgers to choose from, plus numerous other items to eat and drink. I chose the DodgeRam burger that had bacon, an egg, onion rings (2), grilled onions, lettuce, mayo, tomato, pickle, and red onion. The huge burger came out with the bun branded with "Stacy's" on the top piece. We also got some chili cheese fries which had two hot peppers next to the name of it, but we didn't find them overly hot. Our server told us her English wasn't very good, but she did a great job for us. There was plenty of food and it had a fun atmosphere. It's higher priced than what we are used to paying in the states, but right on par with what the costs are in this country. You'll need to read the menu to find the story behind the bus and license plates on the walls.

We stopped here for lunch while on a trip through Roskilde, and enjoyed a great meal. We both picked the Nakskov, with both grilled and fried onions, bacon, cheddar cheese, pickles, mustard and remoulade. I got the beef burger (other choices include 2 types of veggie burgers or a fried chicken burger) and swapped out the bun for some lettuce. My burger actually arrived on an impressive amount of lettuce, which made it more of a salad. Very fresh greens, too. The burger and toppings were all delicious, with a nicely cooked medium rare patty, perfectly cooked bacon and a tasty remoulade. The fries and homemade ketchup were equally pleasing. Service was quick and friendly, and menus are available in English. Wine, beer and a full bar make this a good dinner destination. The interior is quite large and decorated in a fun way, with 3 full floors and lots of comfortable banquet seating.
