I signed up and bought a couple classes from them just to get the certification. (I bought the bb glow class and the fat cavitation- the information there is minimal, you'll need to do a lot of YouTube research to actually know a little more regarding the courses because you won't learn anything from this site) I requested a refund for something that I accidentally bought for $350 almost 3 months ago and I was "issued a refund" I emailed them several times regarding my refund and no reply. It's almost the 3 month mark like they state on the site (refunds might take 90 days to hit the bank) and they deleted my account. I can not access the courses I had already purchased nor will they respond to my calls, emails or Facebook messages. They just leave me on read. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I placed my order back in September, bought a kit and a course together because they are always offering some good deals at a highly discounted rate. I should've known it was too good to be true. We are halfway through December and I don't have my kit and I have not gotten any response back from customer service. I have reached out multiple times, only to find out that the email they have on their website for customer service is no longer working. How in the world are they still in business?! Selling products they obviously don't have, yet pushing discounts like a pitching machine on steroids. I bought a small business package for my small business back in September of 2020. (I have taken several online courses with them and ordered products and for me, I enjoyed both classes that I took and got the certification and my orders in a timely manner.) Now after taking these courses and having been satisfied, I seen that Oleanders offered a small business package and I took a leap of faith to purchase it not knowing how unprofessional and the lack of communication there would be. I have had no luck with getting a hold of a person to talk with me about my concerns. No one has tried to reach me back after several email attempts, Facebook messages, and voicemails left on their phone. However, when it was purchased they were pretty quick to get me to sign a contract and call me to go over the business plan. I have not had any communication with them by telephone since then and only a few emails not addressing any of my concerns since then. I purchased the hyaluron pen, ampoules and hyaluronic filler from Oleanders along with the training online. The filler is to thick or the pen doesnt have enough power to push the product into the skin. I have been calling and emailing for weeks with no response. I've attempted two online classes with this company and both weren't good. I first did the hyaluronic pen class. It gives such minimal information let alone videos to show how to properly do something. When I emailed, called and Facebook messaged with lists of questions, I received a handful of one word answers or brief sentences that didn't answer anything and was told to message on Facebook. Even there I barely got any answers to any of my questions. I can't even say how many messages I've left on all the different options when you call and not one has been returned. I had signed up for the bbglow class right after the first one and it was just as poorly done. I waited two weeks for my kit which was then cancelled since they said one of the colors was on back order but then it wasn't. I ordered my own and started attempting to practice. Once again I contacted them through Facebook with questions and out of the 8 let's say that I asked, they answered one. I wrote again and again "this isn't answering my questions and your customer service isn't very helpful" and no one responded, just read the message. They don't answer any of the emails really so I'm not sure how to go about getting "certified." I know girls that have waited weeks for any response after they've sent in their final reports. There's no proper steps to any of these treatments, no aftercare and no help. - as per the comment that was written in response to this review.. I have not completed the courses because I am not comfortable with the very little information given on any of the treatments. Which means I did not receive any certification. THIS COMPANY IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Firstly, I paid for a training and they never provided me with the training which I paid for! They then CANCELLED the training WITHOUT asking me! Who said I wanted to cancel something I PAID FOR? They just made that decision on their own. I asked for a response about WHY they cancelled it without asking me and they couldn't respond, refused to respond and even ignored! Purchased an online course for Ultrasonic Cavitation. I was INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED at the poor quality and usability of the user interface after only viewing the course for less than three minutes. There were portions of content (text on a slide) that was formatted so badly that you could not even read all the material---how can you assess someone on material that the student cannot even access? The content appeared amateur and was unusable, so I quit after trying to view the introductory content in various modes after changing basic browser viewing settings to no avail (desktop mode on mobile, landscape mode on desktop, different browsers, etc). I work for a company that produces online continuing education, so I understand what basic standards for producing quality online training are, and this product is so far off the mark I laughed hysterically at the amateur flaws before becoming upset that I essentially tossed my money in the garbage can. I do NOT recommend this product or company. Customer Care was also unresponsive after I reported the issues and requested a cancellation for a product that was incomplete (via email), however, seeing how they respond on Yelp (combative and dismissive), no answer is probably better than what ever further disappointment they could have conjured up. I ordered a product from them and i received a email aug 30th that it was delivered. I went to my mail box to find it was not in there so I contacted the USPS to ask about it. I was told a supervisor would get back in touch with me. In the meantime i emailed orleanders to let them know my package was delievered to the wrong place. I waited for labor day weekend to be over and contacted USPS again and ot confirmed my package was delievered to the wrong address and they would have someome check on it. I waited till the next day not hearing bacl from USPS I decided to go to the postal and talk in person once again being told that someone would check on it. During this time I have tried to email, call, and message on FB orleanders. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AT ANY TIME OF DAY! I finally got a message on FB and a email asking for my tracking.
