Luckily I had the sense to not get my toes done. My friend got the laziest most unsanitary pedicure. Reused dirty paper towel etc. To top it all off I was on the phone saying I didn't love my nails and the lady over heard me and instead of trying to rectify she went to the other lady doing my friends nails to talk about me in front of my friend!!! I love the products they use, from the hand soap to the sugar scrub (usually used when you come in they ask you to wash your hands) I get pedicures from Lieyah. She does an amazing job. She's very attentive to detail, takes sanitation seriously and extremely patient with me as I take all day choosing my nail color. Lieyah energy gives that she loves what she does. This is definitely the best one in the area. Monday - Wednesday they have a special for a $20 gel manicure (otherwise I think it's $25). They also offer a loyalty card which is awesome. There are three women that are always working who are very nice. My biggest pain point about coming here is that my nails are rarely filed straight; I always request a square shape and typically my nails aren't even and I have to point out where more filing needs to be done. Other than that this place is great, and you get a nice massage with a warm towel at the end of your service. Last tear they gave out scarves as holiday presents, which I thought was a very sweet gesture.

They didn't tell me it was expired while I was there, let me use half of it, then crossed out the expiration date and made it a date in expire 10/30/25. I was unaware they back-dated it because I was in a hurry to put it in my pocket since I was in rush. Fast forward to today, I went to use it and obviously it wasn't honored because of that new date. I understand that it expired and of course I'm fine not using it since it's completely my fault. It was just the most bizarre experience because 1. No one mentioned it was expired the first time I was there (which I would have been fine paying for my pedicure if someone explained that to me instead writing in a new date so couldn't use it again) Also I'm just not sure why they would give me back a gift certificate that I can't use anymore or never mention that it was expired. 2. What kind of place has a 1 week or 1 month expiration date? (Thinking about it I'm wondering if it the date a typo since it was handwritten because most places around here have a 1 year expiration date when I buy them or am gifted them.)
