The name represents a woman and her journey. A woman dedicated to art as a way of life, honoring the traditions of her ancestors, traveling artisans, who formed part of a new artistic movement.
Buenos Aires is her home and starting point, a city of contrasts and a melting pot of influences past and present, from its impressive Art Nouveau architecture reminiscent of the colonial belle époque era to its bright lights, modern sophistication and creative Latino spirit.

Meet the Manager: Yanina F.
Oleana was founded by designer and creative director Yanina Faour in 2003, a fourth generation Argentine jewelry designer born and raised in BA. Her grandfather was a goldsmith who traveled from Austria to Argentina in 1910, part of a new wave of craftsmen who redefined the role of the artisan as an artist. She followed in his footsteps, combining craftsmanship with a fresh, modern aesthetic, breathing new life in the world of fine jewelry.
