I dropped off some items per the requested sign for back to school supplies this am. There was a dark haired girl today, Tues, Aug 15 at around 8.30 am - the sign said 'Tabaitha' so I assumed that was who was at the desk. Talk about rude, ok, I know it was only around 50$ worth of pencils, composition books, and crayons (what they requested on their sign). Hubby and I came into work out; happy knowing we had participated in their request. We had the bag full of items and asked I assume it was Tabitha - where we could put them. She did not turn around, did not look at us, barely gave us a 'grunt'. So we left them on the desk. Not a thank you, not a smile, nothing, just a grunt. i really felt like picking them back up and taking them to tops, thats how rude she was. It's to bad that she doesn't have any idea about their mission, '.... Chrisitian principles in place... ' my foot. I think the desk could better be managed by a monkey then Tabatha. This will be the last time I donate to them for anything! read more

I love our ymca. Love how its always clean and the people are always friendly. I enjoy using all the equipment and weights they have. There never seems to be an issue even when busy that you cant find what you are looking for. The equipment is rarely in need of repairs. I also have a younger son so to be able to use the child watch is nice. If your looking for a great place to go work out this is it!!! read more

The Y's in the Twin Tier association are some of the best that I've been part of. Staff are welcoming and able to take their time with you and the equipment mirrors the quality. I've been to many health clubs in the country and the Y's in Olean, Bradford and Wellsville are some of the cleanest that you will find. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK! read more

Facility is outdated and if you're not a memeber they charge you $10 to access it's features for the day. So like many you would have to pay $10 to workout... Not worth it. I'd recommend going to Eades Fitness. read more

I love the Y! Great staff. The equipment and programs are constantly updated. The Body Pump and the new Move It classes are fantastic. People should try out the new TRX equipment. read more
