They never gave me a store credit or my money back and I had to mail back the damaged item ,over $35 out of pocket. Only after telling them I spoke to a lawyer and told him Iron Place took my money and also kept their item once I returned it to them and was going to give my nothing in return, this was Fraud!! It just so happens a few days later they credited my credit card for their damaged item and didn't even tell me until I looked at my credit card statement. Buyer Beware, Traci and her staff hung up the phone on me when I inquired about my credit. Traci is not the nice smiling person you see when you want your money back on an item they send damaged. Don't Be Fooled!!

Miranda was just wonderful to work with, we picked out most of the entire house except for a few items. The key was to see if they would hold our furniture until the house was done. She said no problem which is just what we wanted to hear. When we were ready we made a call and asked them to just bring our bedroom set, the washer and dryer for now and they did within a few days. When we were ready for the balance of things they said that they would devote the entire morning to us so that they could get everything set up in each room. Brian and Adam were the two guys that actually brought the furniture and they were just so great to work with. They were polite and understanding. They got things accomplished in minimal time and even paid attention to our St Bernard/Boxer mix dog, he loved that. I can honestly say that when we are ready for more furniture in the future that we will defiantly go back to Merison`s, they are just great to work with. Thank you all so very much and God Bless you! I called Sears who also said it was the magnatron but was gonna charge $500 to repair. BOTH said to just come to their store and buy a NEW one . I found Weatherly s Central Electric; they determined it was just a diode and REPAIRED THE APPLIANCE FOR JUST $35. Weatherlys has been my dependable GO-TO place for ALL of my appliance repairs ever since. Over the past 5 yrs, Weatherlys has repaired my microwave/convection oven (3 times for different reasons), wall-oven, washer and dryer (twice for different reasons). I have NEVER been overcharged. They have saved me over a thousand dollars compared to Lowes and Sears appliance-repair. I just can t say enough good things about Weatherlys Central Electric. Sears and Lowes...STUFF IT!
