I had about 12 old VHS tapes that had a lot of family memories on them, but we didn't even own a…read moreVCR. I found DigiSavit on the Googles and reached out to them. I promptly received a phone call from Donna explaining their process, pricing, and what to expect. Donna answered all of my questions and we dropped off the tapes the next day. It took about 10 days for them to process all of our tapes, and I was super happy with the results. They put the video files on a thumb drive and gave us repeated warnings that they do not save customer data and that we should back up the thumb drive ASAP. I did these things and then went to work watching my movies. I'm so thankful that this service exists. These tapes and the memories on them mean so much to me. Several people on the tapes have since passed on and it was such a wonderful blessing to see them alive and well again and most of all, hear their voices again.
