Their office experience is terrible. I've had appointments that I got told to be there 15 minutes early but I wasn't seen for 45 minutes. Most recently, I was informed to stay ahead of pain after a procedure was done and if I needed different medicine to call. I called on-call when pain was too much. Got told to either suffer through night with ibuprofen Tylenol and to call back in morning or go to ER. Yes I had surgery one day, was told to call if I needed help, to be told to go to ER surgery night. I highly recommended this place before. After he had no improvement and then started to have issues with high blood pressure they sent him to the emergency room. The doctors pumped him full of medication and sent him home with NO improvement of his blood pressure. They did not give him medication to take at home to keep his pressure down. I ended up taking him to the emergency room for high blood pressure in grand island. They were amazing, after they got his blood pressure down they sent us home with medication and a referral to see a doctor, the doctors then did an MRI and CT and found a 10 cm mass wrapped about his kidneys. if Kearney would have taken this more seriously they could of found it earlier and now we are waiting for cancer results. In the future we and our future kids will never go here again!
