When I told her that her attitude was rude, she of course did not like that. She had me sign a paper, then she left the room never to be seen again. Later in the day, when I arrived to pick up my dog, the receptionist had the very same attitude. She was rude. She started to say something unkind to me but had the decency at least to stop herself. I have been patronizing this facility for a few years. Each time I am there, just about everyone employed there seem quite unhappy, never smile and act as though they do not want you talking to them. Their prices are extremely high and not worth having to deal with unhappy people.​​​

We liked him so much. We've been going to him ever since his prices are extremely reasonable but he also doesn't see you a line of BS. He is so down to earth and so honest that I would take any animal to him for as long as he was in practice. I went to vet school and unfortunately had to drop out after a couple years so I'm picky on who I take my animals but I will go to nobody but him and this past Monday, December 15 we had to put down our 15-year-old ciao retriever mix Kodiak and they were so great to us. They literally waited until everybody was gone and gave us one on one attention. He let us stay with our dog as long as we wanted. We ended up being there about an hour after they closed 45 minutes or so, but if I wanted to stay with my dog until midnight, I know he would've let me. Those two guys are absolutely great like I said I won't go to anybody but him. sometimes vets aren't always realistic and treatment options and even though we tried to have Cody's tumor removed last year, he went into respiratory distress during the surgery so Dr. Epstein kept him comfortable and medicated for over a year. He made it until we finally decided he couldn't take on Monday. So guys for everything that you've done for still have our rat terrier Sebastian and three cats that we're going to be taking him to until we decide it's time to get another puppy. Michelle Gentry

Dr Huelsman and Dr Logan have shown every time I have brought my animals in just how much they care not only for the pets well being, but for yours as a pet owner as well. They both have taken the time to explain what is going on with my pet and the best ways to provide them continuing care at home, and things to be aware of in the future. The technicians have always made me feel comfortable with the handling of my pets and have demonstrated their love for animals every time I have come in. They know all of my pets by name, and always take the time to give extra rubs and pets to them.
