They are always friendly and courteous! Always asking what they can do to find the product that you are looking for, and if they don't happen to have it in stock, they will order it for you and get it in ASAP! Best Customer Service you could ask for! They just recently had to relocate to a new location because the owner of the shopping center they have been in for 3 years, would not renew their lease. Only to find out, the landlord is opening up his own store where Old Town Vapes was and trying to take their customers! So don't be fooled, the signage that is up, is identical to what they had, but it is NOT Old Town Vapes! That is why they have relocated to 127 NE Main St, Easley, SC 29640 aka Doodle Station! So if you want the same great service, hop on down to the new location, where you will always be taken care of! That is why I have followed them! read more

The owner has a rewards program he manipulates as he see fit. You'll have points then they'll disappear after spending so much money and time to get them. He'll drop down the rate at which you acquire them. Or turn the rewards system off completely. I know because I used to work there and he would tell me about doing those things to make more money. However the rewards program is his he justifies his pricing.... Make it make sense.... Especially at $120,000 a month in sales.... There's no reason to do that other than greed. read more

Fantastic place with amazing staff. Went in looking for a disposable vape and they hooked me up big time. Not only do they have great that staff they have amazing and affordable prices as well. Couldn't as for a better vape shop in the area. read more
