I had been searching for a vape shop for a while and my daughter noticed magic vape shop around the corner. We went in and from the start everyone was nothing but helpful and straight up with any questions I had about Vape. I had visited a few other shops weeks before and didn't like the experience because all these shops cared about was selling a product. Very helpful when asked which e-cig to buy and the "juice" always tastes great! Some pretty innovative flavors.. It's not surprising to see nothing but 5 starts on everyones ratings. I have been vaping for about 6 year and I have bounced from Vape shop to Vape shop. Either it's horrible customer service, poor quality liquid and way over priced. Magic Vape is not just another Vape pop up . You are alway greeted with a smile, the employees are knowlegebout everything, they won't let you walk out without making sure you know everything about what you have just bought. Every experiance I have had has been top knoch, but yesterday just blew me away. Joseph was helping me out with some liquid and needed a new battery. He notice the lach that holds my battery was loose. I told him, I had dropped litterally the day after I bought it. I allow myself a new smoking devise every 6 months, I joked that I just had a few more months before I could purchase a new one. After ringing me up he took off the head of my tank, put it on one of his and said "Here, take this one as a loaner"! People just don't do that kind of stuff anymore. Went into this store on Sunday, 1/4/15 around 1pm. It had been recommended to me by a waiter at Olive Garden who was a really nice guy and said they made some great flavors here. He gave me a business card and even told me what the owner (Mike) looked like so I could tell him who sent me. My husband and I both were excited to go. When we walked in, to their defense they were very busy. There was a little table in the corner to try some of the different flavors, so we settled in there, there were 4 of us so I had even brought in more customers for them. At no point were we greeted in any way. After we settled on flavors that we wanted, I went to the counter. I stood there for 20 minutes waiting for someone to ask if I needed help. There were 4 people "working" that day, the owner being one of them. 1 guy on the computer, 1 fixing a vap, 1 standing around bullshitting with some people, and the owner was showing some people different merchandise out of the case. At NO POINT did any of them speak to me. I finally turned to leave with the 3 other members of my party. Right as I hit the door, the owner says "Did you need some help hun?" WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I will NEVER go to this store again and I will be sure to tell all my friends who vap about my experience. This is truly a shame, as they had some amazing flavors that Im sure I cannot get anywhere else, however they WILL NOT get my hard earned money. read more
