While the process of going through insurance wasn't fun I can not speak highly enough of Mike Brown and his company. He quickly determined what repairs I needed and worked with the insurance company for their estimate and approval process. I debated whether to fix the car - Mike gave me an estimate for $3,000 when the value of the car was only $2,400. The car runs really well, and I'm not sure I could buy one for $3,000 that runs as well, so I decided to go ahead and fix the car. I let Mike know my concerns, and he said he'd do his best to keep the price down. Ultimately, Mike found a couple of additional things that needed repairing after he fully took apart the damaged area. Nevertheless, Mike made the repair for less than the $3,000 estimate. Mike did a great job on the repair. The car looks as good as it did before the accident, and it is running great.
