No complimentary towels or water coolers. Bottled water can be purchased for 3 CHF. Climatization of this place has much to be desired in the summer. I have no idea what temperature it was inside, but it was just barely cooler than outside. Be prepared to sweat lots if you're doing cardio with any amount of intensity. This location only has a couple of tread mills, and they're ancient. Tip: If you're American, make sure you have the means to convert KPH to MPH, as KPH is the only reading you're going to get here. They do have free weights (barbells and dumbbells), stair machines, ellipticals, rowing machines, and most standard resistance machines. The attending staff is friendly, speak excellent English, and gave me one day complimentary due to their credit card machine not working.

The teachers are all very experienced and from different sports background. They are all very helpful and make sure you make the best out of your lesson. There are different classes depending on the level of fitness and experience.. Last but not least, there is always good music in the studio, so you always leave the classes energized and in a good mood. The Lagree fitness method is the best thing I have ever encountered in terms of sports!

I got on very well with the instructors, too, who always helped me whenever I needed correction, I liked the music and the atmosphere as well and after each and every training I felt that I improved a little. The first time (was also my first time in a Haman place) I went to this place I was very well helped by the staff. I had no clue how it worked. Especially once you are in the Haman part there is a small corner where you can buy some drinks and food. The lady really explained it very well and was so nice with us. The Hamam is divided in 5 - 6 parts (you have to follow a path). And you can end with a massage, for this you have to pay extra off course :) The cool thing about this Hamam is, wenn you are a member of one of the 5 Gyms from Migros in Zurich, you can go for only 5 SFr. Really worth it. If you are in Niederdorf and need some relaxation time, just pass by.

I complained to the front desk and they said they'd relay the experience I had to the manager (German speaking). For anyone going there for service, steer clear of Lino, he clearly had anger issues. It's only because of my encounter with him that I rated this facility a 3-star instead of 5.
