They take my money, charge my credit card but at the gate my membership is not recognized. I've gone into the office 4 times to try to resolve issue. They have one assistant manager by the name of Adam with is rude and condescending. Another assistant manager, who's name I never got, is downright RUDE! No customer service at all! I've asked for the general manager to call me but my requests been flat out refused! DON'T WASTE YOU TIME AND MONEY - DON'T GO HERE!

"Working at the car wash Working at the car wash, yeah…read more(Work and work) well, those cars never seem to stop coming (Work and work) keep those waxin' machines humming" (Rose Royce) The Carolina environment laid a beatdown on our car, with salt and sand leaving a grimy layer on everything. So, when we discovered Caliber Car Wash was literally around the corner from our hotel - off we went to rectify the problem. They have three price levels, and all we needed was the $12 basic. The friendly guy who set us up asked if we wanted to upgrade to the middle option for just $3 more, and when we declined, he didn't push things any further. He was a very cool friendly guy and I enjoyed kibbitzing back and forth with him. The was turned out to be excellent, I mean really -the car looked great. Super clean and shiny with no dirt smudges left behind.

JB just got finished with my Ford Edge that was massively barfed in last night while Ubering! JB…read morewas at my home in a tad over an hour from my call on Sunday morning. He performed a complete internal detail and has done a great job. Price was excellent. But then to top it off I asked him if he could also do the interior of my 92 Mustang( that's 27 years of grunge). He jumped right on it and I'm amazed at what he did, the seats are several shades lighter and stain free and the old carpets... wow. I had an interior detail done at Adams earlier this year and came away very disappointed, today I got two cars done for half the price of one at Adams with far better results. Thanks JB, we'll do it again.
