A semi-major hub for buses in southern Adelaide, the Old Reynella interchange is ideal for parking your car and catching a bus to the city. With the 721F/722F passing through every 15 minutes, the ride to the city is quite quick with no pick up from stop 26 until Anzac highway, allowing for speedy travel down Main South Road after the medical center. Generally though, I prefer the T722 that goes down the southern expressway and passes through Woodcroft Town Centre, as it has even fewer timed stops, however when you are trying to get into the city in the morning, the 721X is a great choice, as is the T721 as they are both quite quick and utilise the Southern Expressway. read more
