The store has plenty of the typical sporting essentials, which is nice when you're in a rush. I came in to pick up a hoody, but they didn't have my size available. Looking around for other apparels, the size availability seems to be a bit random, but maybe it was just experience at that time? Staff is technically around, but getting assistance depends heavily on timing and luck. I thought I noticed a restroom in the corner, though I'm not totally certain. The visit wasn't as smooth or efficient as I expected, and the overall experience didn't really stand out. Because of that, I probably won't be back. Helpful folks! I was…read morein buying jeans for my son. His strength training coach is in town are recommended AE jeans for his "athletic" thighs. I tried a couple pair which (again) didn't work, so I came back to return them. Kelsey was there again and recommend the "athletic" cut jeans, which were in the back. She went looking for his size, even went back a second time for an alternate size. She never complained, never rolled her eyes and seemed genuinely concerned that I get helped. It's hard to find good service these days, but I appreciated her help and patience. She exceeded my expectations and the jeans we eventually found fit as well as can be reasonably expected. The only alternative would be spending $150 on a pair of specialty jeans. He's got a belt.

No big deal, so I killed an hour. I come again and the employees don't even walk into the store till 7:58. Strange, as I walked up thinking maybe their just late the one who unlocked the door yelled at me saying "Not open yet". I went back to my vehicle and they let another couple walk over and stand in the cold, (when it 15 degrees out) for 10 minutes. while a employee stood on her phone at the door inside without a care. It wasn't until the couple asked, that she informed them the store wouldn't be open till 9:30. Then the couple let us know also. I'm not impressed one bit.

Literally love this place. Picture a boutique that's like Goodwill, except everything that's there…read moreis nice, clean (no clothes with random stains!), put together (no pants with the bottom cuffs worn into holes, no pants with unintentional holes in the knees), in fashion (nothing that looks like it's from your grandma's reject pile of clothes), mostly all in season, just a little more expensive. More than makes up for the higher prices - not exorbitant prices mind you, think along the lines of name brand jeans for $16-$20 - with the selection alone. I love Goodwill, I go all the time, but that's because I have the time to go multiple times a week to sort through each and every single row of clothes for the 2-3 gems. Joys of unemployment! Almost every time I go here, I find something I love, only once I didn't (and even at that - found something for my sister). The clerk who's usually there (name has slipped my mind sadly) has also worked in resale of clothing for a while and is very knowledgeable about fashion trends! They won't BS you, either, I said every time I come in I'm looking for turtlenecks on the more masculine size and they straight up told me it's very unlikely I'll find a lot of those because guys don't really wear turtlenecks. I still look because I can pull off women's turtlenecks, but I loved the honesty. Tells me I can ask if something might look ugly on me and I will get an honest answer, which means I can shop alone! Highly recommend :)
