I want to call it miscommunication it was a little strange two different female reps not communicating with each other and confusing me. Im old and slow it has to be barney style to comprehend. I called local fire Marshall for advise, she stated shop around. I did. I called spoke to Jasek within minutes drove down to business. The dude explained about the sticker and dates shown. It wasn't just $10 dollars but it needed the full service of $58 dollars. The next 4 years, it will be basic service $10 dollars. It's explained every 5 years the fill service is required. Oftentimes, an explanation is simply needed other than to say $60 or additional $40 for in house service. In closing, if employees were to explain service better I probably would have taking it to All American. This location turned out better since I could pick up some grab on many restaurants on Bragg Blvd. I opted for Popeyes. Thank You. My Barber on 5953 Yadkin Rd ( The Soldiers Choice)

They took their time with the inspection and if it weren't for them we would not have been able to find all of the potential issues with our new home and the sellers wouldn't know what to fix for us!!!! Had Mel assigned to my appointment today…read more To start off; he called me prior to the appointment and let me know he was on his way, showed up 10 min early, and went right to work! I really appreciated that he asked if he needed to take his boots off. Mel really gave my son and I the southern hospitality vibe which we adored. He was very knowledgeable in his trade and knew exactly how to fix the issues at hand. My son's shower had a leak due to the handle being loose and a cartridge having gone bad on the internal mechanism. My house is 20+ years old so slowly things are starting to go bad. Mel did not have the part needed on hand, but that wasn't an issue for him. He went to 3 different stores to find the part I needed and ensured that my son had a working shower the same day. (which is much appreciated since he is 13 years old) Also fixed was my garbage disposal, it was a quicker job, but not only did he make sure the disposal was properly installed; he made sure to clean up after himself as well! Mel provides customer service that you just don't receive anymore these days.
