The customer service exceeded our expectations in service, knowledge and professionalism. Sydney Weeks is a phenomenal representative of the gallery and Megan was also very helpful. So impressed were we, that we would go out of our way (we live in NV) to continue purchasing artwork through this gallery, not only for the exceptional artwork they show, but because of their staff. They made us feel very well cared for with their excellence in communication and superior service. We highly recommend doing business with them.

Journaling has literally and honestly changed my life. Have you ever encountered someone who was an absolute master at their craft, and their love and passion for their business (hobby, work, field) is 100% contagious? That is how I feel about the employees here at Paper and Grace. Their love of fine pens, stationary, art, and related accoutrements, is absolutely infectious. I challenge you to find a store that practices such an exceptional customer experience and service. Anywhere. There is no restaurant, store, service, or business with the same commitment to and practice of customer service. The two injustice collectors from SoCal who left negative reviews may not have been used to exquisite customer service or how to use a pen. I can't believe you sully these fine people for attention and to build drama where there is none. The professional staff at Paper and Grace will clean and service any fountain pens you purchase for free. They will diagnose any hard writing, adjust, and clean your pens with a smile and on the spot. Your purchase is neatly wrapped with customized and beautiful wrapping tissue, placed in a beautiful bag, and presented to you. It's hard to explain the process, so if you are inclined to experience it, find any of their luxury, yet appropriately-priced, premium goods and ephemera, and enjoy the experience yourselves.

This is the perfect spot if you're on the hunt for a gift or even a souvenir for yourself. I specifically loved that they had items from the brand 'Ski Like a Girl.' I've collected a few of their hoodies in the past and it was nice to see their items in a storefront. A must-visit location if you're browsing Bozeman.

We've had a very negative experience with Gallatin Valley Furniture and would not recommend them to…read moreanyone, especially for window treatments. We worked with Paul and ordered our Hunter Douglas window treatments in advance to ensure they could be installed once we moved into our new home. Paul took the measurements himself and assured us everything was perfect (we had to rely on his word given we lived in another state). The blinds were installed today and they're the wrong dimensions. They're externally mounted, which is what we wanted - but they don't reach the end of the trim on the bottom or the right sides. Gallatin Valley Furniture has offered to re-measure and replace the window treatments, however, they have not extended a discount for the inconvenience. Given we spent $13,000.00 on window treatments and expected them to be perfect when installed today, this is completely unacceptable. It's bad business. We've pulled our order, requested a refund, and will be working with another vendor for both this home and our new build. We prefer to work with a vendor who values our business.
