It was around 5:00 PM but they answered the phone. I explained where I was And what happened. He checked to see if he had the correct tire in stock and he did. Said I needed someone to come take the tire off, return to the tire shop, put the new tire on my rim, and then return to get it back on the 5th wheel. Manager said that would be $30 extra--very reasonable. He asked how I would pay. I answered check, cc, or cash. About this time a huge tstorm started raining buckets of rain but a few minutes later the tech pulled up next to me. I told the tech I wasn't in that big of a hurry if he wanted to wait until the storm let up some. He said not to worry, he'd get it. Within 30 minutes, he was back with the new tire and had it on and requested a check for payment. Yes they took an out of state check without even looking at my ID. I gave the guy an extra $20 and was on my way in less than an hour from when I first arrived. Keep in mind it was raining like a cow peeing on a flat rock the entire time. Now I have taken my car to the dealership all it's known life. Yes, I am one of those girls and I am not ashamed of it. However, not having a BMW dealership anywhere even close to Kirksville, I had to start seeking solutions elsewhere. I brought my car in here and they were the nicest people in the world. They popped my hood, checked my coolant, quickly checked for a leak, then filled me back up with coolant, gave me some extra in case there was a leak, and taught me how to check and refill the fluid. Best part, they only charged me $10 for the privilege of all this, and were incredibly nice to me the entire time. If ever something goes wrong with my car again in Kirksville, this is the first place I will go. Granted, there's not a ton of other choices in these parts, but these guys are seriously great.

Spent a lot getting all this fixed picked car up thinking everything would be fine and normal to…read morerandomly car overheating which was weird right. But I just spent what I had to fix it so I couldn't go back and get it looked at again. Come to find out I had zero I mean zero fluid in my van no coolant whatsoever. So I put some in temporarily and bought a thermostat that I probably didn't need anyways but oh well and did a coolant flush myself at home and replaced thermostat myself with no more engine light on no more overheating no issues. I trusted this place to do a good job and do it right. And I believe they purposely didn't fill it back up idk how you forget to do that when it's in the labor. I don't have the money or proof to fight this cause I left before I checked anything like any normal person would do but I'll leave a review instead. Everything else they fixed fine just left the coolant out my van. But thanks anyways for what ya did do. Just advising people to be careful about this place. Absolutely will never be going back just cause I'm a woman don't mean I'm stupid. Wish I had the tools to do more of my own work at home for this reason.
