I bought a set of better grade all terrain tires for my vehicle, at the recommendation of the…read moreowner. I told him that they needed to be able to withstand gravel roads, and he assured me that they would be perfect for my vehicle and use-case. Not even a year later, a tire goes flat, had to drive on gravel due to local flooding, and called up Bob's tire to get it warrantied. He flat up told me no, there is no warranty, and that he does not do flat repair. What tire shop does not work on tires? Also why would they not just warranty fix the problem, and move on? And to top it all off, the owner decided to not work on my vehicle, I also needed an inspection, told me to come pick it up and proceeded to just hang up on me! Absolute terrible customer service, I will NEVER recommend him or his shop ever again, and would like to warn everyone else to stay away!

I was getting ready to give up on the vehicle because I didn't have that kind of money. I got a fourth opinion from D&H, and I'm so glad I did! Turns out all I needed was a coil pack, spark plug, and some O2 sensors in the end. Claude took the time to diagnose the issues correctly, finding the real cause of the problems instead of jumping to conclusions. And when even replaced a faulty oxygen sensor free of charge when a new one wasn't working right. The van now drives great, no check engine lights. It feels like a miracle, I still almost don't believe it! Thanks D&H!
