Predatory fees. Especially if it is a state call out. Truck with empty trailer blew over in high wind, these guys were on the call rotation unfortunately. They charged for supervisor on site, extra labor on site, rotator, and 2 heavy wreckers. Only about half of the equipment was necessary, and what is a supervisor @ $850 an hour for except extortion? Total was over $40K to set it back up and then of course they held it hostage with storage fees until bill was paid. read more

I understand now why this family business is "Still" Towing: because they are really good at what they do. Upon arrival, Lucas was a consummate professional, very courteous, very friendly and concerned not just about my vehicle, but my emotional state and day. He did the extras to make sure my vehicle was towed right. Even when we arrived at the repair shop, he took professional measures making sure things were right with the shop regarding where to place the vehicle, and he went the extra mile to make sure I was squared away for the rest of my day. Bottom line: I am very impressed with Still Towing. Vehicles may not break down or get stuck every day, (thank goodness) but if they do, it's reassuring there is STILL a family towing business in the Macon area who does it right concerning customer care and going the extra mile.
