They arrived a little early, worked hard the entire 6 hours they were here, and accomplished what was needed. Cleaned up the area as if they were never here. The owner Jason was honest, reliable, and a very nice man (as were his crew). We could not be happier with their work, and our experience with them, and we highly recommend them!

By way of disclaimers, this is the only time I sold timber and didn't price other loggers. The IFI buyer, Eli, was very responsive to my questions and easy to work with. The simple one-page contract was mainly a schedule of payments (to me) based on wood species, quality, and destination mill. Inez is a family business and I met both the owner and his son who both worked at my site. IFI used all their own employees and equipment, which was awesome. The IFI crew arrived as scheduled to establish their logging deck and then harvested a dozen or so truck loads a day for about a month. Near the end of the job, they used their chipper to dispose of tree larger debris. Most stumps were cut very close to the ground and they left the requested buffer areas around residential property and water (stream and pond). There is a remaining layer of smaller tree debris (called slash) which (I believe) should reduce erosion. IFI made weekly payments to me, which arrived about a week after each harvest week. Each payment included a detailed listing of harvested timber and mill weight tickets for each load. I have no complaints; I would give top marks to Inez Forest Industries.

I had two large oak trees and a crape myrtle trimmed, and they did the job in a half day with immaculate results, as well as cleaning up all leftover debris, etc! I would never recommend another tree care service.

Their arborist came by, and I really appreciated that he actually knew what he was talking about. He checked it out and explained that the tree was diseased and really needed to come out before it spread to the other trees in my yard. I honestly wouldn't have known that on my own, so I was grateful he caught it. He gave me a very reasonable price to remove it, took care of the stump, and the whole area was cleaned up nicely when they were done. I was able to throw some grass seed down, and it wasn't long before it looked like the tree was never even there. I'm glad they got it out before it made my other trees sick, and I appreciated how straightforward and professional they were. I'd definitely use them again.

Kevin, the owner, gave us a written estimate and was very professional. The work was scheduled within a few days, but unfortunately it was pouring rain that day. They are good! And no debris left on the lawn. A full day's work and everything went smoothly. Reasonable pricing up front. Kevin is an horticulturist and knows his stuff. This is the second time we have hired American Advance Tree and we highly recommend the company.
