Our quote included allowances for finishes that we would choose, so early in the process Udi sent us an excel spreadsheet detailing all the finishes we would need, the allowance and recommendation on where to get the items, as well as timing when these finishes would be needed/installed. Having this detail in front of us really helped and saved us time of putting it together ourselves. This is the level of attention that we are so happy with: these guys anticipate what would be needed and walk you through it, so that the process is not as difficult/stressful as it could be. We also ordered our kitchenette & bathroom cabinets, as well as counters through them. They have a really nice showroom with great options, so this was also convenient as well. They were very patient in incorporating my designs and ideas without imposing theirs on mine, which I greatly appreciated. We found Old Bay Remodeling and liked what we saw on their web page so we contacted them to help us with our hopeless master bath once and for all. From our first meeting with our designer everything just went unbelievably smoothly. They guided us through all of our selection choices and helped us to pick out the items we were on the fence about, right in their showroom. The actual demolition and re-construction work was completed .We've dealt with quite a few contractors over the years and unfortunately, most of them we were not happy with but Old Bay was terrific. A professional through and through, he had the knowledge to get the work done quickly and at a high level of quality. Everything that was done, all the tile work, the custom glass shower and the installation of our new vanity counter looks absolutely amazing. The attention to detail was remarkable and the work they did to get things done right, did not go unnoticed by us. Old Bay remodeling Rafal and his crew were polite, professional, courteous and timely. Rafal went through the entirety of the project beforehand, and meticulously explained the work they would be doing. He gave me a time frame for our COMPLETE bathroom remodel including removing walls, changing a one sink vanity into a double sink, electrical work. They were much lower than other quotes we received. We received quotes sometimes double what Rafal proposed, and for less work. Rafal and his crew were so accommodating to fit us in his busy schedule, we had a time constraint and Rafal made sure he met our deadline. They made sure to not leave any debris, and cleaned up everything well. This is a high quality construction company that does NOT cut corners. The tiles were meticulously cut and placed perfectly, leveled and straight. The attention to detail was so incredible, unlike any job I have seen before, and we have done many remodeling projects in our home and worked with various contractors. My wife and I did a complete remodel down to the studs. Obviously this created the need for not only kitchen cabinets but a complete redesign as we removed several walls to open up the kitchen. We met with several design studios and even Home Depot and Menards to get an idea of the additional spend that a design studio would add. We were pleased that for premium cabinets The Old Bay Remodeling very price competitive. We worked with Michelle who was extremely knowledgeable about the product choices , including discussing price points and advantages and disadvantages of each line they rep. She was also a great listener and very patient, as it literally takes hours and multiple visits to get to a final design. Once the cabinets were delivered, the contractor was asking if these were custom cabinets we had had designed built for us and he was very surprised that they were semi-custom and so well made. The ohone rep Christina answered many questions, worked with us on returns for any cabinets with flaws that were replaced, and called once we finished to make sure we were fully satisfied. These guys do really quality and professional work, and listened to every detail of what my wife and I requested. We now have a new shower with beautiful tile and grout work done, new tile floors, marble countertops, and a new toilet. I spent a while looking for remodeling services in the Severna Park, MD area and read other good reviews about old bay. I was going to do the work myself as I am capable, although a novice in carpentry/remodeling, but I am glad I let the pros do the job. The detail of the tile work and installation of the new fixtures was really impressive, I admit it is much better work than I could have done. The caulking job around the shower and sink edges is awesome, never seen such a perfect bead; and . They left no mess in the house and I could barely tell they were there. Would give four and a half stars because they rescheduled our first appointment which delayed the remodel by about a week. Despite the inconvenience, they were very communicative and professional. James and his team did an excellent work from start to finish. We went to a home show, saw them and we decided to hire them and signed up to get a free bathroom remodeling estimate. They had also worked with my neighbours and two of my friends. We agreed on a fee of $18000 once the sales person arrived and even they gave us a discount of $3000. Their prices were favourable and we even promised to use them again in future. They took measurements accurately and tirelessly started working on the bathrooms. I think the quality of the work was good. They were punctual and professional. Sales personnel and other employees completing the work were absolutely efficient, knowledge and more polite. The basement was completely remodelled and the installers did a beautiful job and cleaned up everything when finished to ensure that all was good. I hired Old Bay Remodeling in April 2021 to paint the inside of my house, and then had them out again in October 2021 to do additional work (powerwash/paint the deck, basement shelving, paint/repair the garage floor). They did a really great job both times, I'm really happy with the way that my house looks now. The inside hadn't been painted for about 25 years, so there were some issues, like water stains on the ceiling and holes from old electrical work, etc, but they were able to fix all the problem areas. They finished the job relatively quickly (given the fact that we're in a pandemic right now), and they cleaned everything up really well. The best thing is, they knocked off about 95% of the jobs on my "to-do" list this year, so I now have time to have fun, instead of working all weekend. Great job! read more

A complaint has now been filed with the Office of the Attorney General of Baltimore and The Maryland Better Business Bureau for fraud and targeting the elderly. Beware of their sales tactics. They do not follow consumer requests, only the process of forcing a text message based authorizing unbeknownst to the elderly consumers whether they complete the job satisfactory or not. They're customer service response is not to remedy the issue, but rather immediately pass the outstanding invoice to a collection agency. DO NOT CALL THEM. We have hired a private investigation firm that specialized in elderly fraud cases and should we uncover more information relating to this company, we will notify consumers accordingly. read more

Absolutely Wonderful experience and finish work from Old Bay Remdoeling. We had Old Bay Remodeling do three separate projects for us and ALL of them were done on time and on budget. We had a full bathroom renovation, which was a complete gut right down to the studs, then a full pantry demo, remodel and custom cabinets put it, and last a full front patio addition. Old Bay installed a double french door in our porch. The job was very good and we are happy with the result. Initially I had some complaints about the process and inconveniences caused by a few mistakes, but Old Bay made sure I was a satisfied customer with immediate follow up, a courtesy refund and free help for a minor thing we needed on teh following day. So in the end they showed that they really care about customer satisfaction and "walked the walk". I would definitely recommend them.
