This review is for anyone coming here to get their COVID vaccine…read more It's is very organized and structured here! Which I love! Police have blocked off a section for us to park. Attendants will guide you. You will enter the building and immediately get your temp checked and answer a couple standard COVID questions. Next, you'll approach an area to check in with your name. They will send you over to the next section where they'll confirm your information and give you info about the vaccine you're receiving. Now, you'll go to another section to get your vaccine. One nurse will be at a laptop and ask you a couple of questions, while another nurse administers the vaccine. They'll give it to you in the less dominant arm. I'm right handed so they gave it to me in the left arm. The feeling for me was similar to a flu shot where its sort of like a punch to the arm and some lingering pain afterwards which is just more annoying than anything. Lastly, you'll be sent to a waiting area to wait 15 mins. There is a digital clock on the wall. Social distancing was kept the whole time. Great job!

Senior activities. Probably every age activities. Waking in there is a desk you check in through. Good in this day and age from a safety view. Out meeting was on the first floor in a large room. Good acoustics. But there must be a gym above it as we heard tons of noise (running back and forth) from above. So great that kids are running. Too bad about the noise. But it didn't cause major issues for our meeting. For a while they had a huge fan on in ten room, and that noise was a problem. I didn't find it too hot, but perhaps others did, which is why the fan went on I imagine. It went off again quickly.

You come in the main door, Straight, Make a right through the doors, Go all the way down the hall, You wait for security to ask which shot your here for, then follow his instructions. The first shot is a short , left away. A guy comes out, checks your paperwork (so did security),then has u wait til ppl are moving inside. I was taken very fast. They'll call you to a table, take your photo ID, check on the computer to see if you're good to go. Then she / he just jabs the needle ,but u don't feel a thing. Then you go to another seat to wait to make your 2nd appointment. I did that quick & easy. Then, they advise you to stick around for at least 15 minutes , just in case you have some kind of reaction. This was quick, easy & painless . Time for me to go home. =) Oh, all the medical workers and other employees are alllll super nice. You need that for something like this, in case you have a nervous person. These ppl can calm you .

Working for Marine Midland Bank /HSBC for many years made my visit a bit nostalgic. It's…read moreabsolutely amazing what has been done with this building. It was turned from what at the time a contemporary 70's office building to now a multi use space. The old bank branch is now a beautiful bar. Not any bar but the bar from Bada Bing in the Sopranos! In the open space is a pool table, ping pong table, a Nintendo game station, and comfortable seating. This is surrounded by art work, one piece made from the old bank vault, a giant gondola, live birds, and a miniature train track in the lobby. Quite a change from the old break rooms and cafeteria! These areas are open to the public, not just employees or residents of the building. Oh yes, the building now has apartments. There's also a nice gym, beer garden, restaurant, bike rentals, and outdoor gardens. The list goes on and they're still building and expanding. The only thing I saw remenent of the old days was the auditorium which is still the old velvety blue and orange. I think they should leave it that way. The new color makes it really stand out and since it's already the tallest building in downtown Buffalo it looks even nicer. Pretty impressive remodel and use of space. I know they give tours but my visit was just us wandering around ourselves so I'm sure I didn't see all the work. Maybe I'll come back for an official tour. 2021-135

We were so impressed they have a indoor hockey rink for everyone but what impressed us was this young man around 15years old waiting for his friends to play hockey !he said it's so nice we come here to stay out of trouble! We also shoot some hoops!! Swimming pools !!! It's a pretty modern facility but it has nothing on the nearby YMCA where I go. I think quite a few Cheektowaga residents don't even know it exists. And one of the guys who comes here had the cheek-to-walk-out on me while I was talking to him.
