At Moussa you find 6 or more butchers serving all day and no matter when you go you'll have to queue a little bit. This is a great sign of quality! Customers return and their products are always great. I go there very often. I am a meat lover and I have had a chance at many local butchers in Brussels and I must say Moussa is absolutely outstanding,. The staff is always very kind and friendly and they are ready and available to share cutting and cooking tips. She cuts them and weighs them, with selections like foie gras and many, many others (you can tell which words I can understand, and everything else I just pointed and figured if there's only a bit left, it's gotta be good right?) and reading up online how to cook them, I guess you boil them for like 20 min. Except... I never actually got to try the sausages, having missed my alarm and not wanting to miss my flight back to NY, and not able to bring back meat to the states... so sadly I had to leave them behind. But they looked good! (small chunks of like 4-5 sausages, about 6 euros)
