I assume no one forced him to be a lawyer. Eventually he decided that we should serve the tenants a termination of lease. He misspelled "dangerous" on the notice. You would think for a 3K retainer he would avoid such sloppy mistakes. He then decided to change his mind at the last minute and that was the final straw. It was my mistake to put up with Aaron's bad behavior but as I was in a time crunch I felt that I had limited options. From the many positives reviews (I assume most of them are real), Aaron does know how to behave like an adult and treat people in a professional and courteous manner.
