She was unprofessional and treated me like I was a bother to her every time I called. She talked down to me cut me off if I disagreed with her. Friendly? NOT EVEN, her customer service was foul. She did nothing to make this horrible experience right. I was so shocked Triple A had an employee like this. No more recommendations for me.
