It has been horrible dealing with this company the past few months. The driver, Larry, even called…read moremy mother directly in her hospital room today, posing as a representative of Soonerride, to complain that she didn't cancel her dialysis ride and to stop wasting his time, griping and bullying her the entire time. She's having a heart procedure! Larry steals rides/patients from other transport companies like Pelivan, and is argumentative and hateful. I had to transport my mom to dialysis one morning, no one showed up. Larry was told when he arrived late that we already had her taken care of for the day. He proceeded to drive 40 minutes to the dialysis center and hang out, and tried to steal her when she was finished, stated to her that I had left already and he was her ride! He loaded her up in his van and i made him release her, and threatened to call the sheriff. Larry transported her this past October and she was out for over 4 hours that morning, and was late to dialysis. He wasn't supposed to be her driver that day, it was Pelivan! They showed up at normal pick up time and no one knew where she was. She almost missed her chair time. The dialysis center had to make him leave and he got into an argument match with other drivers in the center parking lot. Besides Larry, the company does NOT communicate with patients, facilities and drivers. It's always a surprise, they never call ahead of time and verify pickup times, and are angry and hateful when they show up and the patient has left already. They don't understand standing reservations, either. Very unprofessional and scary, beware of Scary Larry and this company.

This was the most horrible experience I've ever had in my life. First off they were very late…read morepicking me up then it was and older gentlemen and he was scared to help me up but that was ok. The real REASON/PROBLEM WAS they sent a side door van instead of one that opens from the back . Because my wheelchair is wide Ike me and my chair couldn't fit through the van door because it's a side door instead of the one that opens in the back. The poor man couldn't even get me down the ramp. But this just goes to show that when you set up with a ride they don't be listening to you or your needs. Now I have to miss dialysis because of there Incompetent sefl can't get things right. Now me getting NO DIALYSIS TODAY PUTS MY LIFE ON THE LINE. So EM I PISSED YES I AM because that makes no sense to not know I'm a heavy set lady and my chair is wide and I can't even fit my chair in the van they sent and I need a man just a little younger and a little stronger . So now I'm stuck home not being able to go to dialysis. So I've been calling the company but no answer so that's my EXPERIENCE WITH T. & T AMERICA
