First off, on arrival, my group (of 8), the staff was made aware of a severe allergy to sesame, the first item brought out, was covered in sesame seeds. Waitress did not offer to refill drinks or come by to check on us unless we requested them. Upon paying, I was made aware that I had to tip a minimum of 15% because we were a group of 8 people. Normally this would be no issue, except, I did NOT receive adequate service deserving of a 15% tip. Not even close. But was not given a choice nor did they offer to waive the mandatory 15% tip for my inconvenience and the lack of service. I should not be required to tip for a service I did NOT receive!
