A quick search on the Michelin list and Fuji Yaki came up as a one dollar sign option with a Michelin plate rating. We arrived around 6pm for dinner on a weekday which is incredibly early by French standards and we were seated immediately without a reservation. By the time we left around 7:30p the restaurant was packed full with a line waiting to be seated. Since we had spent the whole day walking around Versailles we decided to ball out a little bit and order the large boat with 10 pieces of sushi and 18 pieces of maki, and 12 pieces of a roll. The ginormous boat also came with a size of salad, soup, and gyoza for the price of $46 Euros. For such a reasonable price I wasn't expecting the quality of the food to be as good as it was, especially since we were in Paris and sushi is not exactly the food I think of when I think of Paris. On top of that the wine list was reasonably priced and the service was excellent. TLDR: I would 100% come here again, sushi is reasonably priced and delicious

My sister and I did their fragrance experience where we had fragrances made for each of us. While…read moreit was not inexpensive at 500-Euros/pp, it was a pretty unique experience. The fragrance is a dry one so think dried spices that are mixed based on your favorite scents. We started by filling our a questionnaire of our preferences; there were questions on the five elements (water, fire, earth, metal, wood) that their fragrances were based on. We then had to smell each of the five elements to make up the base and selected one for the base of our fragrance. The nose then reviewed the questionnaire and the Q&A that ensued. He would then present the three additional scents that he selected for each of us. Based on our selection, he then grounded the herbs to make our own personalized fragrance. It was a pretty unique experience. Since we were running to our treatments at the Dior Spa, we didn't get to try the tea room so that's for the next visit! My Parisian friend said that the restaurant is pretty amazing.

We just have to pick our main course and desserts. They offered fish, vegetables and beef options. We opted for the fish and it was cooked very well. Overall, dinner experience was great. Service is right on point. My favorite part of last night was actually touring the building and their shops! They have beautiful things in there...wine glasses, dishes, decorations...I want to take the whole store with me! I'd try out their SABO tea house next time I'm in Paris! Well deserved 1 star!

Oh my goodness, how did I wait so long to come eat here?…read more This place is a tiny, very Japanese styled (super simple and modest) Japanese fried chicken (Karaage) place! They have different flavored chicken that you can choose from in three different portion sizes. They have one chicken that is called the Chef Special and it is a glawe sauce with hints of tomato, soy sauce, and spices. The dry chicken comes with a sauce of your choice-- soy sauce or a chilli mayo. Whatever chicken you get, it is fried freshly so it will be crispy! They also do a bento for 10 Euros which is what I go for! The bento comes with a chicken of your choice with rice and several Japanese side dishes of the day--usually something with egg, cooked legumes with glass noodle, pickled ginger, seasoned green beans, and two fresh tomatoes. The food is fresh and portion size is perfect. They also serve different rice rolls and many drink options, including Japanese tea! The service here is incredibly warm and they speak English, French, and Japanese. The lunch rush comes and goes quickly. The place does also a great job for take out. This place is just perfect.

The menu is pretty vast, and covers your typically range of sashimi, tempura, sushi, bento, yakitori but also has a pretty sweet selection of udon or soba noodle soups, which is exactly what I was craving that rainy, Wednesday afternoon. I ordered an udon soup lunch special which came with a lovely salad sampler, a steaming bowl of udon soup with some shrimp tempura floating above, a nice steamy pot of tea and some fruit for dessert. All that for the very reasonable price of 13,50E. As someone was paying I heard them ask if the house delivered as well and my heart starting pounding and my mind racing with dreams of authentic Japanese delivered straight to my home, but alas, the radius us too small and my home is out of limits. If you live in the 11th, though, you just scored a sweet new Japanese delivery situation.
