Luckily I mustered up the courage to go in and was met by a huge wine selection which can accommodate all budgets. Bonus: there are free wine tastings on Saturday afternoons! The icing on the cake is that you can have all of your wine questions answered by the lovely Bart-a real wine professional, not just a random behind a till. We were so impressed with Bart and Wine and Roses that we now use them to supply wine for our business and frankly, think that everyone should check them out!

I would suggest a customer service course for the lady behind the counter because this attitude is not on and if she continues this way with customers, this shop won't be open for long. Definitely wouldn't recommend this store to anyone with self-esteem.
