Unfortunately, my experience in 2024 was very different once I actually had to deal with their customer service team connected to Auto Finance LLC. The communication felt unprofessional, and there wasn't much effort to find a solution or work with me during a tough time. Instead, things escalated quickly toward legal action, which made an already stressful situation even worse.
