You really need to visit this place before you buy your next car!! I've had my car for a year and a half and the transmission was messing up. I called their (garage) warranty department and was able to get my car in the next day. They fixed the clutches in the transmission and they gave me a car to drive!!! I'm so happy that I bought my car at Express Credit Auto. They really stand behind their car. The people at the warranty (garage) are amazing I was supposed to pay the $100 deductible, got a call today and they are waving the charge. Thank you Eric, Sarah and Jeremy, you are all amazing and I'm so thankful. read more

I bought a car at Express Credit Auto and will never return. I don't care what kind of situation I'm in, they absolutely do not care about their customers. Just in case nobody understands, life happens to but if you have somebody paying their bill on time and something happens you don't treat them like they are a horrible disease. I will never refer anybody else to this company. read more

This place is a total rip off. They have predatory and unfair contracts that will keep you paying three or 4 times the vehicles value.

Don't buy from this car dealer they will screw you over if you have your paycheck in hand they will still kill your car going down the highway possibly killing you or killing others I had to beg them to turn my car on on I-240 westbound by Shields by their location I had my paycheck in hand I had to go get it cashed and then make the car payment they still killed my car going full speed 70 miles an hour on the highway they did not give a shit if I caused an accident and killed somebody where myself or not do not give these people any business do not buy any of their shitty inventory they sell nothing but lemons I bought a car a little Saturn Vue within 2 months the AC went out he was supposed to be under warranty and they said that particular part of the AC was not it was going to cost me $3,500 to get fixed which I did not have they will fuck you over every possible which way do not do business with these Crooks run go to another dealer read more

I give this place a zero because they don't help you at all. They take advantage of people like they want their payments on time but they can't be professional they do what they want and don't listen to the people. I needed my car fixed so we took it in and that another place that is not good and so unprofessional. Told my husband they don't sale cars that have zip ties nd tape we don't sales car like that but see when this is the first time I ever got my car fixed they try to tell me I wrecked my car like if I did I would have known. But still having car problems and they not willing to trade in for another one or work something out. Work with the customers not asking for more money or say we can't help. This place is so unprofessional. It's not hard to care for others. read more

If a Negative Star Review were available, Express Credit Auto (ECA) would certainly get it. I got the ole 'bait and switch' when buying a car there. I don't know how car dealers sleep at night! If you're thinking of buying a car from this place, DO YOUR HOMEWORK FIRST. Thinking of buying a car from ECA? Please ask me about my experience BEFORE you buy. I'll tell you about mine. If I can help one person, it's worth it. You can reach me at gary2900@gmail.com I'll tell you the Truth! read more

Express Credit Auto - Exhibit A - Car Dealers Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

They wanted $3000 down and high interest for a Ford Focus with a credit score of 580. F that... So I went to Landers in Norman and put $1000 with 10% interest for a JEEP Wangler. Great Deal for a newer car. To the Salesmen at Express Credit Auto, STOP lying to customers that their Credit Score limits them to a certain or minimum price point in order to rip the poor and middle class off. read more

Express Credit Auto - Car Dealers Near Me - Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

I've recently bought a 2019 Chevy Impala from the Norman location. Everything was fine with it. We started getting a whole lot of rain and I noticed my trunk is leaking reached out to the warranty department. They told me it wasn't underneath warranty. I reached out to a body shop. They told me it's over $2000 worth of work. I've had this car for less than six months. This is unacceptable. I have never had such bad experience and I've bought one car from them already. At this point, I'm willing to do a voluntary repossession because how can I afford to pay to get it fixed? They're not trying to help me fix it 10 out of 10 do not recommend. read more

They are a predatory lender who takes advantage of people in bad situations the stole my trade in and added the payment for my trade in to the end of my note so what would have been a 1000$ trade in ended up being added to the end of my total amount owed. They have turned my vehicle off twice by accident with the disabler device after payment was made and have no after hours support to fix the issue this company is a joke read more

This company will get you in a vehicle. It may not be the one you want, but all credit approved. The absolutely DOWN side to the company is that they don't inspect the auctioned cars they put on their lots. The repairs they do are very minor to get the cars moved off their lot. You will pay $5,000 more than the car is worth. If you are late that interest is added to the back of the loan to keep you even further in debt. Your payments are due every two weeks. And yes, you are late one day after the payment is due. Unprofessional customer service representatives. The absolutely worse about the company, if you go into hard times like lost of a job or unexpected fees to pay, there is no payment arrangements or to delay your payment even for two weeks. The company makes money by $200-$300 every two weeks and repossession if not paid. BEWARE. You Won't be able to afford $458- $620 mo payments plus full covered insurance. If you don't have full coverage, another $64 biweekly you will be responsible for. read more

I traded my car in after two years of having it cus it was more bad than good and I thought I was getting a decent car this go round but on my way home , the front grill and water guard flew off mid -drive , not even an hour after I got the car . Also the horn doesn't work ... So what was told to me was they sold me a car that was previously wrecked , which is fine but they have signs all around the building that says 100% inspection guaranteed . That's a lie and it could've cost us our life . read more

I would keep driving past this dealership! They'll sell you a car for a 10 times more than it's actually worth. You think they're helping you out cuz you don't have any other options. When you're almost done paying if you miss a payment they'll repo it take you to court immediately and 13 years down the line keep on keeping on and come after you for 10 times more than what you agreed to pay. Please for the sake of yourself and your family keep driving do not use this place as a dealership. And when you're losing sleep over all the money they're coming after you they're going to be sleeping comfortably in their mansions keep driving or walking it's in your best bet. read more

We had our car a year with only 100000 miles on it. That's only 10000 miles a year. Wow. I took my son car shopping and got drawn in with a classic bait and switch move, then they tried to steer us into an over-priced albatross that wasn't even firing all of its cylinders. I finally decided to avoid doing ANY business with them when they tried to steer us into an $18k debt for a $7k Dodge Dart! These people are definitely deep into shade! Do NOT trust these people. read more

I have bought the last 5 trucks from these yahoos, there will not be a 6th. You get nothing, being a repeat customer. No interest break, no price breaks or any consideration of any kind. They charge you almost the factory delivered price. You miss a payment and 6 days later, you truck is repossessed. Don't be a fool. READ THE REVIEWS! Warranty is a JOKE. read more

The website instructs you to email or call for the 10-day payoff. When you email as directed, you receive no response, yet they note it in your account. Upon calling, you are told to email, which you have already done. This is unacceptable when attempting to leave their service, and it proves challenging to obtain your 10-day payoff. Having been a reliable paying customer for nearly four years, I am pleased to be parting ways with this company. I advise against using this company, as the customer service is inadequate and they lack consideration for their loyal customers. read more

They will fix items but will bill individually at 100 a pop. My car has flooded on the inside from this storm that just passed two days ago . I had to take my car in and drop it off now I am unable to get around . I have only had that car for a little of 3 months . I also broke down with a flat tire a few weeks back to find out I didn't have a spare and I was stuck on the side of the road with my baby in the car and had to call a tow truck . I also make my payments on time but yet my vehicle gets turned off and I can't start it until I speak with someone at the customer service warranty department. Two times now my car has shut off after hours and I was stuck ubering home . This is by far the worst credit auto place I have ever been to . BEWARE!! I thought they were great initially...until I started noticing shady actions. For one, the salesman took my husband out to the car to "set up the On Star", and had him sign all of the paperwork while he was out away from me...seeing as how I was the one handling all of the negotiations I feel this was absolutely intentional. He told us there was no payment system on the car...that was a lie. I insisted on GAP coverage; they removed it when my husband signed the papers. He specifically told me we only need to carry $1000 ded on our insurance, and now A YEAR LATER the finance company is saying it should've been a $500 ded and are trying to charge us an extra $1800!! This place is full of liars and shady people who prey on the poor and credit-challenged. STAY AWAY!!! read more

I got this car for my daughter and the car is always breaking down! The warranty dept won't tow and we live over an hour away! They also say after 2 yrs they will take it as a trade in but they won't because they know they sold you a lemon. My payments have always been on time and over the amount owed. I'm glad they denied our trade in because I'm going somewhere else. I would NEVER recommend this place and all these good reviews HAVE to be fake!! They suck, don't let them take advantage of you!! read more

If there was a negative star to give, this place would receive multiple negative stars. I bought a vehicle from them 6 years ago. Made on-time payments every month and even early at times. One day while I was at work, the vehicle was hit, ripping off the front bumper. I called the insurance then express credit auto to inform them of what happen. Express credit auto told me we will wait to see what the insurance says. My insurance told me to get it to a body shop for a quote. I called express credit auto to inform them. They said ok they would make note of it. The next morning the vehicle was shut off. I called express credit auto to see the issue. They stated, I defaulted on payment in which the payment wasn't due for another week. 2 days later the vehicle was repossessed. Fast forward 6 years later, I get a certified letter stating that auto advantage finance filed a lawsuit against me for the vehicle, stating on the suit that I still possess the vehicle and now they have garnish my wages. Just ridiculous and crooked people. NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE! They will take advantage of you. A countersuit is being filed against them. read more

If you know what to look for, you can find decent cars through express credit auto. BUT with that being said, DO NOT finance through Auto Advantage Finance Company. Express Credit Auto uses them for some people but they do not mention how crappy they are. Just take my advice and make sure you read your contracts. They are THE absolute worst financing company I've ever dealt with in my life. Do some research before you sign anything. Google Auto Advantage Finance. The reviews speak for themselves. read more

Very upset with this place. My key won't open my passenger door or hatch back and now is having trouble opening drivers side door. They said they will need to keep my car at least 2 days to diagnose it. Plus i.got q flat tire and found the spare had a nail in it and couldn't use leaving me stranded while on vacation. These things should have been checked before the car was put on the lot for sale. Just glad the tire didn't happen when I was in the middle of Texas with nothing around. read more

To whomever reads this, I don't care how bad off financially you are. Signing a contract with this company is going to cause more headaches than its worth. They will not work with you if you will be a day late on your payment, they will turn off your vehicle. They will not do proper maintenance on the vehicle before you get it, when you can't figure out whether to pay them or fix the car they will turn off your vehicle if you dont pay them first. I bought a vehicle at the time just been in a bad accident, vehicle was only worth $4,000 in perfect condition which it wasn't. In the end with interest I found myself owing them $8,000 still after I had already paid them $8,000. WTF?! DO NOT DO IT! read more

Do not waste your time nor money on this excuse for a company. In November of 2021 my boyfriend and I had purchased a car from the I-240 location. Despite the appalling interest rate of 20% everything was perfectly fine, including the customer service. Earlier this month (01/22) I refinanced my car for a better interest rate. Express Credit Auto had been completely payed off by my bank. On Friday as I was getting off of work my car would not start. They had activated the kill switch on the VLM system in my car. I was aware that the V system needs to be removed upon pay off; however there is no time limit listed to do so. I also work M-F 9-5 so getting to the warranty depart is incredibly difficult. No where in the terms and conditions signed does it state they may activate the kill switch after the car has been payed off. I had to tow my car home that night, which came to a $175 tow bill. They refused to pay the tow bill because of the "terms and conditions" ;however, the terms and conditions only states that "they are not responsible for a tow bill in conjunction with a warranty repair". This is not a warranty repair issue but a very clear mistake on their part. This issue needs to be resolved. read more
