We contacted Jayna many times as we have areas that are primed but don't have a final coat, many spots painted over drywall that wasn't sanded, paint on the ceilings, spots that weren't cut in, and the list goes on. She sent her painter back a couple of times, but things were still overlooked. I wish she'd taken the time to come and look at the job herself. Instead, she stopped answering my messages. Sadly disappointed. We're left to fix things ourselves.

Jaclyn recommended gorgeous paint colours to us in the perfect finishes. All work was done beautifully in our 2600 sq foot Craftsman-contemporary home. In the past we have had macho painters who leave splatters for me to scrub, drips on baseboards, and a mystery collection of paint cans in the garage making touch ups stressful. With Britco, everything was precisely accomplished inside and out; and time-wise, it seems she works so efficiently with the right tools and ladders. Money well-spent to upgrade the aesthetic of our home and protect our exterior.
