The driver arrived on time, was very professional and super nice. In mid afternoon, when no one came, I called again and was told the truck had been disabled by a clutch breakdown and that I would be supplied first thing in the morning, Sunday, the 16th. Well, Sunday came and went and NO ONE showed up. Sunday evening, a company representative called and said a delivery, marked as "urgent", would be made on Monday, the 17th. Of course, no one came, on Monday, the 17th, and no one called. Totally unprofessional business behavior. Totally undependable. Totally unreliable.
