She made my contract for one year and 3 months instead of one year and that's puts you into the winter months, so your contract prices are higher. I ask to speak with Tom Hirsh thinking he would care what's going on in his company, boy was I wrong. He called me today after waiting for 4 days for him to call he ask me how i was and i said not great, he said are you sick I said no I'm aggravated He say that's fine we won't delivery anymore and hung up on me. Great customer service Tom!!!! There are a lot of companies out there who love to have my business considering I paid over $5000 in oil this year.

I had to renew my license. It was expiring at the end of the month. So, I tried to book an appointment in that whole month. Booked solid! I highly recommend you book an appointment a month and a half before your license expires. I got an appointment 6 days after my license expired. (I highly recommend the earlier the better. The first appointment is 7:30am) No big deal, they didn't say anything. The department gave me text alerts often to remind me of when my appointment was. I highly recommend showing up 15 minutes before your appointment. To go thru security and fill out any paperwork that you might have forgotten to do. All nice, helpful, patient people! - the security people, the lady inside at the help kiosk, the photo lady, the lady at the counter. All spoke English. It's awesome that they have a "Help" kiosk right as you walk in, with a live person. She told me exactly what to do and where to go, and gave me a number. A minute later, my number was called! I got my picture taken. It's in black and white. (ugh! lol!) My number was called again a minute later, to go to the counter to fiinish my transaction. The whole thing took about 20 minutes! I got my license about 2 weeks later!

Here's the Scoop: Registered for my honey and I to attend a drivers safety course. The course began…read moreat 9am in their new location. Their new location has much more space and they have really utilized the space well. The room for our class was large and had comfortable seating. They are sticklers for rules and timeframes. Many of us arrived 10 minutes early the way the letter directed us to but they wouldn't let us in until 9am on the dot. Wow! That was unbelievable. The guard stood at the door looking menacing barking and stating you have to wait! Everyone was perplexed because the instructor stated late comers would not be admitted to the class. What a mess. I think the library needs to rethink how they approach people who register for classes in the library. Overall a quick walkthrough of the library was pleasant. Bathrooms are very clean and smell clean. I don't know if the pressure of the crowd early in the morning intimidated the worker or guard but some employee training needs to happen there because it was ridiculous. I do like the layout of the new library and receptacles for different collections in the lobby. Once they've completely moved in I think it'll be awesome.
