(It was a panty hose material like the free ones you try shows on with at shoe departments). I didn't find a wig I liked. So upon leaving, the lady stopped me and told me it was $1.00 for the head guards a piece... We were never informed they were a charge. When I told the lady I refuse to slide my card for $2.00 she didn't mention, she laughed. And I told her I had $1.00 bill and she said, "that's ok. I take that." And took it from my hands... Wtf?!
