It was just noodles, canned bamboo shoots, eggs, meat, and green onions. The soup was supposed to taste like ginger, but was plain and tasted mostly like salt and beef. I have never returned food at a restaurant but could not eat this. Got a poke bowl instead, which they wanted me to pay full price for.
