People DO NOT get close to this store, it is not safe. On 11/14/2025, 8:30 AM, I took my Volvo xc60 for the oil change to this shop. They right away asked me to pay after starting their job and like other stores I trusted them and paid them. After changing the oil, they did not reset the regular maintenance alert , so I asked them to do, however they were not able to do it but pretended that they did. Then, I restart the car and saw the alert again, so asked them to fix it. Then they started to force me leave the shop, the guy took off his jacket and threatened me with battle (shop-owner, all of these threatening actions should have been recorded on your security cameras). Then I had to leave b/c of my safety. People DO NOT get close to this store, it is not safe. read more

I wish I can give negative stars!! My husband took the car for a quick oil change & coolant change. They gave the car back sputtering & steaming out of the exhaust it was a small oil change. How did they mess up so bad. He took it back and they said "oh you just need transmission fluid." Mind you, the car was NOT sputtering or steaming before. When asked about the noise they said "oh yeah Subaru have belt problems." Um no. That is not an issue we've had. How did a small oil changers turn into this? Now I'm at the Subaru dealership & they are telling me NO that sputtering is not from a belt issue & I have to run a $300 diagnostic. Save your money & do it yourself or pay more for the dealership bc they fucked my car up!! I'm so upset. read more

Went to oil changers two years ago for a simple oil change. While I was there, they checked my air filter for me, and when I said, I didn't want to change the air filter they put it back, but they put it back the wrong way and just shoved it in. Just now as I removed it, I saw that it was completely crumbled and inserted perpendicular to the correct direction. Also, when they put it back, they could've tapped it just to get some of the debris off but they intentionally and carefully balance the dirt back into the air filter. Also, they are very clearly sexist, when I went there with my boyfriend, I was driving, but then when they came over to get the info, they walked over to the passenger side, where my boyfriend was sitting, even though I was driving, and there was zero indication that it was his car at all. They also didn't tell us the price until after even though we had asked multiple times. I recommend to skip going to this place and find a reputable person to change your oil that you can actually trust. Especially if you are a woman read more

My first time trying Oil Changers and they were open on Sunday. They were pretty quiet and I was able to go straight in. They did a great job on my vehicle and they changed out the motor air filter, oil filter and added the synthetic oil. The technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and very thorough. They did a check of the lighting system of my vehicle. I will definitely be using them again! read more

Came here for an oil change as we were close by at the Mall. However, it was an absolute crap show. Yes the service went by pretty fast and you are able to sit with the car. But aside from that it was a horrible experience and let me explain why. After the service, team members aren't even aware of their current Yelp check in promo. So they had to ask each other about the deal. I get it if you're new but everyone seemed so confused. On top of that, they were touching our phone screen with their dirty glove so that they can review the check in promotion. We definitely didn't ok this and had to clean our phones after as oil stain on clothes would not be good. After the service, the next day we drove the car, we heard some noise. Luckily, this was happening when we got close to home so we took a look and we can see a piece of the car detached. I know a trusted MDT (Master Diagnostic Technician) so they were able to take a look and identify that this is the gravel shield which was improperly reinstalled after the service and a part was damaged so they cannot reinstall it back as further attempts will result in the shield falling off again anyways. Their recommendation was to purchase a new one to install. As this was an issue caused by the service, we called to see if we can get some partial refund to fund the purchase of a new shield which my MDT friend can help install. Unfortunately, we were told that we have to come into the store to show them the issue. There was no way we can drive from South City back to this location (over 30 mins with normal traffic) with the piece on, so we had our friend remove it. During this call, one thing that really bugged me was that I mentioned that I'd have to go to the shop later in the week as I can't drop everything in doing at work to go in and show the techs the car since the drive is quite far. I was told that I live in South San Francisco and it is right next to Belmont (where the guy on the phone lives) and it's a really quick 15-20 min drive. How am I suppose to respond to that? I got to say I was quite stumped. I know that Belmont is next to San Mateo sure. But next to South San Francisco is a hell of a stretch. It's more like Belmont is in the middle of my place and this business location. But either way, I don't have time to spend 1.5-2 hours on a work day to do a round trip drive in traffic to get this taken care of. When we finally got back to this location. We got some attitude for coming in around 4:30 on a Saturday because they were trying to do inventory. When I spoke to them on the phone, I did mention I'll stop by sometime in the afternoon. If during the phone call, they had just let me know they were planning to do inventory later in the day and asked us to come earlier or by a certain time, we could have accommodated and ensure we came earlier. But we didn't know, so we came at a time that was convenient for us. After they reviewed our photo evidence and the piece we brought back, they inspected it and determined that they had a kit to help install it back. I was quite shocked to hear that they had installed it back and it was "secure" as it goes against the initial diagnosis I received. Regardless, we tried this attempt and unfortunately, the next day, the same thing happened. This time, two different screws popped off and the shield is once again hanging. The piece is now flapping even louder this time due to the fact that the new angle pics up wind and flaps harder. So again, I had to call back to report this issue. I was a little taken back by parts of the phone call, one where we were asked if it was a possibility that our friend ripped off the shield just so I can have them reinstall a new one. Like wait seriously? I'm not that bored to continuously bother others to get a double check on the service performed and they have better things to do than to rip it off my car. They haven't even seen the car since the service so how is it possible? Besides, they were going to install it for free so what's the benefit to that? However, I did end up getting a refund that will cover the purchase of the new parts so I'm really glad this fiasco is over. With the time wasted on phone calls, gas and time wasted driving back a second time, and my general experience, we will never come back. Definitely not worth it no matter what discounts we get, not even if it was free. read more

They didn't wipe my windshield they didn't check my tire pressure they didn't do the light check, all the basic inspection - I've been here before they are supposed to do that a oil change is $100+. They marked it all as checked and done. the 4 dudes who were there working and doing my oil changes were talking hella s**t to each other, all standing and pointing at the engine while they had my hood up, I don't know if they were really trying to clown on my car or me - another worker, from under the other car, yelled out "this company is ghetto as f***!!" Hella loud . Hella un professional. That was odd I been here bunch of times. But this isn't how anyone should be acting at work - specifically in front of the customer, multiple customers. I can't imagine if my girlfriend or my mother had pulled up in this spot, having to deal with these kids. Oil change took like 15 minutes though - real quick. I would like to add - I get it, being able to let loose a bit at work is good for employees to kind of bond, camaraderie. read more

Relatively quick, easy & painless. In preparation for a road trip I went in for an oil change, and they checked and said my coolant was very low. I got both serviced for about $230, which I don't know anything about cars, but they were very knowledgeable and explaining everything. They also look up the exact model of your car and print out a sheet of different services and how often you should be getting them done (very good salesman, though I had to turn them down). I think Desmond was the one doing oil and coolant, seems to have done a great job. Will be back. read more

I just want to thank the Manager Chris and his diligent team Eriq who provided me with excellent service today. I went in for a top off and my oil change light kept popping up in my Chrysler 300 although I had an oil change on 6/12/24 at the sister location on El Camino Real, Redwood City.
