Office and staff are perfectly nice, however, I, with no underlying issues was made to have two appointment one of which had to be in person or my required medication was withheld until set appointment was made. They proceeded to charge me $175 for a 3 minute phone call citing that the "type of call" not the "length of time" for the cost! I would not recommend this practice. I went there 4 times and was never allowed to see a Dr. The first consultation appt I made was rescheduled and then canceled with the doctor for a conference that was priority. I have only been seen by PA's and as a medical professional I don't understand how a practice of physicians could present themselves to having no priority towards my care. My conversation with Kat another nurse.... was another and final reason for never going back there. read more

My one star is mostly directed to the arrogant Dr. Dan Cruz. Let me tell you about this doctor. I absolutely advise you to look else were when seeking a physician! For instance, I suffer from extreme pain, pain caused by an automobile accident several years ago. Dr. Cruz could not care less that I stopped on my own taking very strong pain medication. If I could give him a - 1 , I absolutely would.+ His bed side manner is on par with someone who cares only about his time. He misdiagnosed sores I had in my mouth as being caused by herpes. I went to a physician for second opinion, only to find out it could be something very serious,but most definitely not herpes he is an arrogant no good excuse of a man. He thought I was late for my visit, when in fact it squarely landed on rude Nancy's shoulders for not checking me in. I was told my first visit that Dr. De'jesus was my physician, that's a big fat joke. I seen him one time, once! I am stuck with Jeff, who is completely inappropriate. All he wants to talk about is Trump, Trump. Why would someone speak of their political views, just inappropriate! Please save your time and money. Find a competent physician. read more

We had an appointment today. It was very disturbing. Dr. Dr. DeJesus gave such a terrible attitude, and refused to listen to our concerns. When we tried to tell him, he stood up and said " I think we're done here". When we stto up to leave, he stood in front of the door and blockrk us from leaving. (Plus they were easy to find because they are always working in the community. Some are gay, best of both worlds I guess!) The office is light, bright and the staff is funny, very welcoming and understanding. They really made me feel comfortable and gave me the most comprehensive medical exam I think I've ever had. They took time to educate me about things to look out for that no other doctor has ever even mentioned. Zero stars. I'm covered by TWO insurance companies & never, ever had a copay. OIC was no different, I never had a bill because I'm well covered. After almost six years at OIC, they sent me a bill for the ENTIRE PREVIOUS YEAR of visits. I contacted both of my insurance companies, they said it must have been an error and OIC should have accepted the negotiated payment by Medicare. OIC's response was "Why don't you just pay it?" WHY DON'T YOU JUST PAY IT?! Because I already PAY two insurance companies and still cannot afford to be sick. I've financed their bill and am now paying monthly for the next TWO YEARS. I suppose after the tens of thousands of dollars my insurance companies have paid them over the years, they need my grocery money now. Thanks, Dr. DeJesus & team. Enjoy it. This clinic is known as the best in the southeast and after your first visit you will be a believer also. The Director Edwin DeJesus has a tremendous connection of networks to medical trials. The expertise of staff with the many treatment options available saved my life and has allowed me to see my kids grow up and play with the grandkids and remain part of a group of friends who also have found home here at OIC as well.
