I've been going to OIC (now 'OIC Inspired') for primary healthcare for 9+ years. I first went to OIC when I discovered that my existing primary care provider clearly did not know enough/anything about certain rx advances that they should have known about -- and should have offered to certain patients. I am glad I found OIC. They understand and care about their patients -- as well as the community at large. They do a great job! Great providers. Great staff. Nice office. Recently, they even told me about how they can help with copayments. Didn't even know something like that was available. The staff has always been helpful and made the whole process easy for me. I 100% recommend OIC Inspired for quality medical care. read more

Very clean and well maintained office. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We have been there a half dozen times already and have yet to see a doctor. Hopefully, we won't have to go back. read more

Office and staff are perfectly nice, however, I, with no underlying issues was made to have two appointment one of which had to be in person or my required medication was withheld until set appointment was made. Total FaceTime with attendee lasted about five minutes for any appointment. My second appointment I pressed them to do telehealth. They proceeded to charge me $175 for a 3 minute phone call citing that the "type of call" not the "length of time" for the cost! Note: items discussed "your labs are fine" and "do you need a prescription refilled" BS ... read more

I would not recommend this practice. I went there 4 times and was never allowed to see a Dr. The first consultation appt I made was rescheduled and then canceled with the doctor for a conference that was priority. I have only been seen by PA's and as a medical professional I don't understand how a practice of physicians could present themselves to having no priority towards my care. My conversation with Kat another nurse.... was another and final reason for never going back there. read more

Been here a few times now just for study follow ups. The people are really friendly and I am in and out quickly but other than that now much more to say. Parking can be challenging though read more

My one star is mostly directed to the arrogant Dr. Dan Cruz. Let me tell you about this doctor. I absolutely advise you to look else were when seeking a physician! For instance, I suffer from extreme pain, pain caused by an automobile accident several years ago. Dr. Cruz could not care less that I stopped on my own taking very strong pain medication. If I could give him a - 1 , I absolutely would.+ His bed side manner is on par with someone who cares only about his time. He misdiagnosed sores I had in my mouth as being caused by herpes. I went to a physician for second opinion, only to find out it could be something very serious, but most definitely not herpes he is an arrogant no good excuse of a man. He thought I was late for my visit, when in fact it squarely landed on rude Nancy's shoulders for not checking me in. I was told my first visit that Dr. De'jesus was my physician, that's a big fat joke. I seen him one time, once! I am stuck with Jeff, who is completely inappropriate. All he wants to talk about is Trump, Trump. Why would someone speak of their political views, just inappropriate! Please save your time and money. Find a competent physician. read more

ALWAYS running behind. Even when you are the first Telehealth appointment of the day. Good doctors though

I had been a client for many years before moving 12 years ago. When I moved back I returned to them and after an initial problem with miscommunication am excited to be a client again. Dr Cruz seems to be very interested in putting in the time to study my case and help me toward better health read more

We had an appointment today. It was very disturbing. Dr. Dr. DeJesus gave such a terrible attitude, and refused to listen to our concerns. When we tried to tell him, he stood up and said " I think we're done here". When we stto up to leave, he stood in front of the door and blockrk us from leaving. He appears to have turned very unprofessional. That's a real shame. read more

Friendly staff, very professional. Great care, great Doctors. The best in healthcare I've had since moving here. It's so great to have prompt service and I have the utmost confidence in this office. Finally a doctors office in Florida where everyone doesn't act like its their first day at work! read more

5 stars all the way!!! Best HIV and general doctors as well as an incredible research team that is fighting to assist in the best treatments for immunology issues of all sorts read more

The BEST of the BEST! When I started looking to get on PrEP, I didn't want a "gay" doctor, I wanted the BEST doctor and that's what I found with OIC. (Plus they were easy to find because they are always working in the community. Some are gay, best of both worlds I guess!) The office is light, bright and the staff is funny, very welcoming and understanding. They really made me feel comfortable and gave me the most comprehensive medical exam I think I've ever had. They took time to educate me about things to look out for that no other doctor has ever even mentioned. Dr. DeJesus, Terry and OIC just won Watermark WAVE Awards and I can attest - they are the BEST! read more

This place was great ! All the staff was very friendly but in specific Janiza she's just an angel sent from above. She was very professional and made me and my family comfortable. She made sure we always understood what was happening and was available at all times to answer questions or concerns that we had. Just wanna give a big thank you to her and the staff! read more

Zero stars. I'm covered by TWO insurance companies & never, ever had a copay. OIC was no different, I never had a bill because I'm well covered. After almost six years at OIC, they sent me a bill for the ENTIRE PREVIOUS YEAR of visits. I contacted both of my insurance companies, they said it must have been an error and OIC should have accepted the negotiated payment by Medicare. OIC's response was "Why don't you just pay it?" WHY DON'T YOU JUST PAY IT?! Because I already PAY two insurance companies and still cannot afford to be sick. I've financed their bill and am now paying monthly for the next TWO YEARS. I suppose after the tens of thousands of dollars my insurance companies have paid them over the years, they need my grocery money now. Thanks, Dr. DeJesus & team. Enjoy it. I'll never go back and as a chronically ill patient, the feeling of not having a doctor is EXTREMELY scary. Thanks for that too, Doc. read more

If your looking for the highest rated professional care with a positive feel good experience this is the place. I've been under the care of this facility for 17 years. This clinic is known as the best in the southeast and after your first visit you will be a believer also. The Director Edwin DeJesus has a tremendous connection of networks to medical trials. The expertise of staff with the many treatment options available saved my life and has allowed me to see my kids grow up and play with the grandkids and remain part of a group of friends who also have found home here at OIC as well. There is no guilt in this place, just a ambience of the best possible doctors & staff that are only interested in getting & keeping you well. All types of patients young to golden years. Plenty of parking, minimal appointment waits ,and a comfortableness you found the right place! read more

Subpar in my opinion. If you are coming here you are likely dealing with a serious issue. Too serious to leave to subpar service. I would stay clear. Apologies for the anonymity, but I'd prefer not to broadcast any medical information. But trust me, stay away. read more
