Be careful with this school. There is a reason there are no women here. Mr. Norman will always…read morequestion your virtue. It's even on both doors, "Virtue is the Essence ", however he does not display much of his own. He will be very kind and use up your resources then treat you so badly that you can no longer tolerate attending. But no worries. . . He will be sure to tell everyone that you were in the wrong and just would not listen. As for children, he can be kind at times but watch out if your child is gifted. . .he will stifle your child with unfair obstacles. And if your child has too much fun, then prepare yourself. Your child will not be treated kindly. As for children with disabilities, he can be helpful and he'll pat himself on the back for any accomplishments you child makes. He never gives receipts so be prepared to pay for things and never receive them. Mr. Norman always has an excuse for not getting your item to you. It could be years or it could be never.

In January 2015 everyone in the class was notified by a phone call from Sandi that the class was on hold for the month of January because Mr. Norman had some training to do. After 3 months ,none of the members have been contacted with any information about the class. It is our belief that we were lied to! This is a very unprofessional and inconsiderate way to end a class of nearly 4 years! Neither Mr. Norman or Sandi contacted any of the students in the class to tell them it was ending! This kind of noncommunication is disrespectful to someone who has invested in your school for almost 4 years. I would never recommend this school to anyone after being treated so poorly in the end and neither will any of the other students that I have been in contact with!

After meeting Master J. Kim, we decided that we wanted to switch. After the first week of adapting to the difference in schools, we can clearly say that we like J. Tigers a lot! Not only are we leaving school feeling more energized, but we have been taught a deeper understanding of the kicks, and forms that have never been explained to us the past 2 years. Master Kim really does care about his students and it shows every day. Very humble, honest, and a great teacher!
