The nice gentleman that came out to do the work was also pretty amazing, I believe his name was Corey, very friendly professional and knowledgeable. He assessed to work carefully and when ahead and put in the weatherhead and the electrical pipe that needed connecting and he made sure that he did the work very cleanly and secure, this is always appreciated and after he left he cleaned up and did a nice job overall. When I mentioned that another licensed electrician quoted $150 for the exact same work, the technician became visibly angry, raised his voice, and stormed out of my house without finishing the conversation. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable from any professional service. If they act this way over an estimate, imagine how they'd behave once they have your money. The lack of integrity, communication, and basic respect was shocking.
