The institute is part of the larger Ohio State University System - Wexner Medical Centers. I visited for an ENT appointment, specifically for hearing issues. I received great care for tinnitus, had a hearing test, and counseled by a specialist. Dr. Brad DeSilva (Otolaryngology) and Meghan Hiss, AuD, were my care team and had two back to back appointments this day (hearing test first) and both Dr. DeSilva and Megan Hiss were excellent. I highly recommend them. Regarding the facility, I was disappointed that the coffee machine was down and there were no cups for the water. However, there was plenty of parking. I scheduled an appointment to see my rheumatologist after an inflammation flare up and she was…read morerandomly at this office, instead of where I normally see her in Upper Arlington. While it was a little further away, I was just glad I could get in relatively fast. I only had to schedule about a week or so out. The directions were simple and it was easy to find, right off 270. I arrived fifteen minutes prior to my appointment, which is the time repeated over and over again on voicemails and emails, and was checked in right away. They gave me a surgical mask, took my temperature, verified all my insurance and information, and took my co-pay. I filled out a form and waited for roughly five minutes before a nurse took me to a room and covered my medications, allergies, etc. My appointment started right on time and took about an hour (typical for these types of appointments). The place was sparkling clean, the entire staff was friendly and while everyone had masks on, I could tell they were smiling and empathetic to the situation we've all been in the past several months. Overall, this office was a little further, but it had everything I needed and I wouldn't mind coming here again.
